A week or so ago I woke up and opened the door to watch the finest mist falling. I tried to capture it in a picture and couldn’t. It was beautiful. I thought of it as I read today’s passage. It would disappear right before my eyes as it was falling. The Bible says our life is the same way, it is only here for a little time and then it vanishes away. We never know when that time is up. Too many say I’ll turn my life over to Jesus tomorrow, but what if your tomorrow never comes? Is one more day in the world really worth an eternity in hell? God forbid. Life in the presence of God is worth so much more than the strife and commotion of the world, it will give you an inner peace you just kind find there. Whatever it is you think you have to give up or you think you are going to miss is nothing compared to the joy of the Lord. Do you hear Him knocking on the doors of your heart? Answer the call. “Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow.” I urge you to answer the call today. 🔥 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal
“Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away.” ~ James 4:14
