Man I needed this verse. I love it when the Lord gives the perfect Scripture for the battle you find yourself in! It seems lately the enemy is coming in like a flood and I can feel the waters starting to come up around my face, but today’s verse reminds me the Spirit of the Lord will lift up a standard against him. Those waters aren’t going to overtake me, they have to recede. The enemy can huff and puff, but he’s actually making me stronger in my Father as he pushes me closer to Him. Are the waters of the enemy raising around you? Draw closer to your Father and trust in His Him and His Word. The enemy is already defeated. 🔥 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal
