It’s a new year and we have 365 days to make it the best year ever. We don’t do this alone, God goes before us preparing the way. So many things in 2022 tried to crush my spirit and even take me out. But God. I was hit with so much I found myself asking God to just take me home, He said not so daughter you have work for me and my Kingdom yet to do. Poppa, I’m beyond tired. I’m weary. He said find your rest in Me daughter. This morning as I prayed I found Joshua 1:9 on the page of my prayer journal. I don’t ask you to do it alone daughter, I am with you. My strength and My power are there to carry you, My wisdom for you to tap into. You don’t face these battles alone. Your strength is found in Me.
My friends, you may be carrying unresolved battles with you into the new year. Do not be afraid, the Lord has already gone before you and dispatched a heavenly host to work on your behalf. He is right there with you even as the battle rages. He has heavenly downloads of wisdom to instruct you. And during those times you are too weary to press on, He will carry you through. Be encouraged as you enter 2023. This is your year. God has already made the way. It is time to press into Him and take back everything the enemy stole. It’s time to press into Him and trust His ways are greater than ours. It’s time to press in with faith and know God has you, you will not fail. You will not be overcome.
