Last night I heard the Lord say, The joy of the Lord is your strength. There is strength in praising our God. Praise chases the enemy away and moves us closer to our Father. It sheds off that depression and sadness our trials are trying to put on us. It strengthens us in our resolve to keep going in the right mindset. When you are down or struggling, turn up the praise music and watch our Father work. The temptation may be strong to turn on other music and wallow it, but the praise music ushers the Holy Spirit in and can change your whole countenance. The joy of the Lord IS your strength! 🔥 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal
“Then he said unto them, Go your way, eat the fat, and drink the sweet, and send portions unto them for whom nothing is prepared: for this day is holy unto our Lord: neither be ye sorry; for the joy of the Lord is your strength.” ~ Nehemiah 8:10
