Beset is , “of a problem or difficulty) trouble or threaten persistently.” The enemy wants to weigh us down with issues and problems. He wants to easily trouble or threaten us persistently. Why? To distract us from our destiny in the Lord and all of the things of God. What do we do when these problems are persistently besetting us? Look to the author and finisher of our faith, Jesus. We are covered by His blood and we have the authority through Him to send the enemy packing. He is sitting on the right hand of God watching over His children. He knows every problem we will ever encounter and it has already been defeated. It’s time to walk in victory, walk knowing as sons and daughters of Christ we will prevail.
