For the last several days I have heard stand still and see the salvation of the Lord. This morning, I prayed for today’s passage and again heard stand and see the salvation of the Lord. Many times when things hit us in life we try to find our own way out. We ask the Lord to help but at the same time our human mind is saying how do I get out of this?! During those times, don’t just pray but take time to hear what the Lord is saying to you. Right now, I hear STAND STILL. Stop worrying about that thing and stand still on the Word of God and the promises in it. God is wanting to move many of us out of our current situations, but He wants us to stand still and watch Him move. That move will become a testimony that encourages some and leads others to Him. Are you being hit on every side? Stand still and watch the salvation of the Lord. It’s not through our strength but His that we will overcome. When we are rooted in Him no storm can blow us over.
