There is no person that is sin free. We are human, but God! He sent His only son to be born a man, to die a horrific death, and raise from the dead so that we could be forgiven. This forgiveness is not a one time thing. Because we are human, sin creeps in. Sometimes we don’t even realize it. I pray daily for God to forgive me for any known (I name them) and any unknown sins. I also ask for Him to show me those unknown sins so that I can change whatever it is I’m doing.
