Where do you place your trust and hope? I was thinking on the condition of our world this morning and the stability of it and it just made my heart sad. I am not sure about your state, but I have seen things for our children’s schools and their activities waiver so much over the last several weeks. The color coded system has been of little help while I watch parents question are we still one color, about to step up or down into another? Then there are shootings and riots. These are being reported, but these aren’t each side voicing protest. More division created. The only certain thing is uncertainty and the only stability is God! Verse 7 says, ‘Blessed is the man that trusteth in the Lord, and whose hope the Lord is.” In these turbulent times, God is the answer. He is where our trust and hope should be. 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal
“7 Blessed [is] the man that trusteth in the LORD, and whose hope the LORD is. 8 For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters, and [that] spreadeth out her roots by the river, and shall not see when heat cometh, but her leaf shall be green; and shall not be careful in the year of drought, neither shall cease from yielding fruit.” ~ Jeremiah 17:7-8
