Peter had ask Jesus to call him out onto the water if it was Him. He walks on the water briefly, but fear takes hold when the winds pick up and He cries out to Jesus who saves him and says, “O thou of little faith where didn’t thou doubt?” Peter’s faith was shaken. Has your faith ever been shaken? The longer Peter followed Jesus, the closer He grew to Him, the more He gleaned from Him, the more solid His faith became. I thought on that also. I feel just like Peter sometimes! Still I know that Jesus loves me so much & the more I remind myself of that, the more happiness, peace & freedom I feel! Sometimes I need a little pain to remind me of these truths!
