I have found seeking the Lord continually is a necessity. There is just something about falling before our Father and taking everything to Him. His strength becomes our strength. Friends, He loves to talk WITH us about every single LITTLE and BIG thing in our lives. Don’t just go before Him when you have a problem, seek Him out every day. I’d like to encourage you to have a set time aside every day just to meet with Him. To talk with Him, to share with Him, and to wait upon Him and listen to see if He has anything He’d like to share with you. If you quiet your heart and listen, you will start to find Him responding daily. I keep a journal of all the things He says. When Jesus died on the cross, He opened those lines of communication through the indwelling of the Holy Ghost once you except Him as your Lord and Savior. We no longer need someone to speak to God for us. What a privilege and honor to fall at the feet of God and know He’s listening, He hears every word and then He cares so much, He wants to make it a two way conversation. My morning conversations with my Father bring clarity to my day. They give me direction when I need it. They strengthen me on those days I think I can’t press on. Friends you need that one on one time with your Father and He longs to have it with you, try committing to some time to the one who loves you most in this world.
