This verse really touched my heart when I read it. People don’t realize the power behind their words. They can either destroy or they can build a person up. A person’s very words can destroy a person’s character. But God. I am thankful that He goes before us and a Godly character stands above the words of deceitful men. Words can also seek to diminish self worth, the enemy uses them to tear down members of the body of Christ. He is so skillful in using this technique. I pray against anyone using words to tear you down this morning in the name of Jesus! We must also be careful not to use words to tear ourselves down, that is another technique the enemy skillfully uses. Today’s verse says through knowledge you shall be delivered. That knowledge is so critical in defeating the enemy and victory in Jesus. Let’s pray for Godly wisdom as we face our day. Godly wisdom as we face the enemy that we know seeks to lie, kill, and destroy. Knowledge is key to victory in the battle against him! 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal
