There is One that will never leave or forsake us! He’s there with grace and mercy even when we don’t deserve it! He gave His only son so that we could live in the fullness of His love. I worked really hard to take care of some pressing things for us and the enemy was pressing me hard today with thoughts that it just wasn’t good enough, he is a liar. In fact, he is the father of lies so I have to cast those thoughts out and reread this verse for today and be content with such things as ye have. Not only that, but be content with the things I could handle and trust God to provide for the rest. In fact, it was Him providing the needs that were met. He will never forsake me. And those conversations! I’ve been watching a few on Facebook that literally crush my heart because I know they break my Fathers. What we speak matters, the actions we take matters. If someone makes a post in honor of God and someone else goes behind and in any cast anything on it that is not if God you are: 1. Grieving the Holy Spirit 2. Giving place to the devil. Why would you do that as a child of God? If you are in the world, you have not yet came to Him to know, but a child of God? The enemy has blinded you and my heart is breaking for you. We must break the strongholds the devil has over our mind before we can walk in freedom. Hear me when I say those conversations, every single one of them, every gesture matters! The enemy uses them to get his foot in the door. Ask the Holy Spirit to help you if this is an area you struggle in and He will help you. The enemy can’t stand it when we have peace and that comes through the Holy Spirit. He can have you content in the midst of the storm because you know the direction your heading! When you walk in synch with the Father, the enemy can’t get his foot in the door to taint your conversations. 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal
“Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.” ~ Hebrews 13:5
