I heard “rest” in my spirit as I was preparing for this blog. Many of My people have been battling and are weary said the Lord, come to Me and I will give you rest. I found it ironic we are celebrating Labor Day in the US today and the Lord is saying there are those laboring in the spirit that need rest. That battle is against the enemy and that rest can be found in our Father. The strength for the battle against Him is found in that same place, He also gives us wisdom and key strategies for the battle ahead so the rest we find in our Father is essential and cannot be neglected. Are you heavy laden? Today is the perfect day to find rest in your Father. After you have rested, you can begin to draw a battle plan and seek His wisdom for strategic plans for the battle ahead.
