I found tears coming to my eyes as I sat and pondered this verse. The part that stuck in my spirit the most was to rest in the Lord while we wait patiently for Him to move on our behalf or in a situation. It’s in that waiting that our faith grows, I know this. But that resting there, that is trusting Him completely with no fear, no worry. Your faith solidifies as you rest in Him and trust Him to work whatever it is out in your favor. It doesn’t matter what wicked plan the enemy has against you or who he is attempting to use it to bring it to pass, it can’t prosper. Don’t allow the enemy to keep you up at night, rest in the Lord. Don’t allow the enemy to trouble your thoughts, rest in the Lord. Rest my child while you wait patiently. That rest is essential in the process and needed for the patience to wait, one goes with the other to solidify your faith as it grows stronger.
