For day 28, I am thankful for my job. I have held several different positions over the years, in 4 different states, and seen it change hands a few different times, but the Lord has stayed faithful and I have remained 17 years. When I first began I was working a telemarketing job that I hated on a split shift that was dangerous coming home in the NY buses late at night. I met the owner in a NY Chinese restaurant while I was reading my Bible, he was a Christian man and God placed him right there to find me! It was a 8-5 job, Monday – Friday and I’ve been there ever since! The Lord has stretched me and I have learned so much and held so many positions. He has moved me into my favorite at this time. I am truly blessed and thankful for where I work.
For day 29, I am also thankful that my Father provides our every need. Food, clothing, money. Whatever it is, He provides the need. Even when I was off work for a month and a half, He continued my income coming in! I’m a work in progress and each day learning how to worry less! I am so thankful I have a Father that meets every need, even the hidden ones that pop up along the way. 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal
