This morning as I was praying I heard this today’s passage clearly. Be still daughter and feel My presence. Be still daughter and allow Me to go before you. Be still daughter and trust Me to fight for you. Be still daughter and know I am your God. Be still daughter and rest in Me. I have been battle weary when my Father keeps telling me to rest in Him. I have heard it said before, you don’t have to fight every battle thrown at you. Many aren’t yours to fight and it is those battles that are wearing you down. Use wisdom daughter. I can choose peace and decide not to respond to childish ignorance. God goes before me and defends me, I don’t have to defend my name in circles I don’t tread. Today I choose to be still and know the power of my God and who He is. Is someone stealing your peace? Is the battle yours or God’s. Be still for just a little while and listen for His voice.
