Today’s verse just really spoke to my heart. The Lord doesn’t want us in constant conflict with one another. Sometimes it is most difficult to make peace with those you know are against you. It is most difficult to forgive those who aren’t even sorry for the things they have done to hurt you, but Christ died for our sins while we were still in them. He died knowing an told number would never seek His forgiveness, but He did it anyways and aren’t you glad He did? Aren’t you glad He found each one of us worthy of saving? Forgive them when they are not sorry, not just for them but for the peace it is going to give you from letting go. Be a peacemaker in times of strife even when your hated and despised, dare to show them the love of God regardless of what they are doing behind your back. In doing so, you are planting Kingdom seeds that God can water. They mocked Jesus too. They talked about Jesus too. You are in good company my friends. Forgive and walk in the peace and love of God regardless of what your enemies are saying. It’s not about them. It’s about being faithful and obedient to that which you are called to do. Let your light shine through the darkness, you never know who it will touch. 🔥 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal
