I shared this passage earlier this year, but God impressed it upon my heart again this evening. I had a Dr.’s appointment this afternoon. It didn’t completely go the way I had wanted. She ask me how things were going and my eyes filled with tears. Then she ask is any of it was in my control? I came home and sat on my bed and thought this over with tears streaming down my face when I heard my Father whisper, when you are weak, I am strong. I reread today’s passage. All of the things the enemy threw at m, that he thinks are weakening me, my Father is using to strengthen me through Him. I find my strength in and through Him. When I am weak, then am I strong. It is then that I find my strength! Is the enemy throwing one dagger after another at you? He is only sharpening your skills in precision. He is brightening your shine. He is refining you by putting you through the flames. Any thing impure is being burned out. He thought he was destroying you, but God is using it to His glory to make you unbreakable. So give Him a praise shout because you are coming through this as pure gold! 🔥 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal
