Nourishment for Your Soul and Mind: January 19, 2023

2022 was a difficult year for me in almost every area. I had Covid twice, I almost bled to death, my liver enzymes went dangerously high. I was attacked by the most vicious people, some clear across the globe for the stand I took against evil. Our finances and marriage were attacked. But through it all, it reaffirmed what God says in today’s passage. God has called me by name and I am His. I may have passed through the waters of despair and fires sent to destroy me, but God never left me. He used every thing I faced to draw me closer to Him and to fulfill the plan He has over my life. I am still standing and and my faith is stronger than ever. It was God who brought me through every situation I faced.

Child of God, you may feel the pressures of the enemy but God is still God and no matter what the situation looks like He is right there with you! The enemy cannot stop what God has ordained. You too have been called by name. Trials are certain and attacks from the enemy are guaranteed when you are walking with God, but you don’t face one battle alone. Those battles are faith building and future testimonies to encourage others who think they can’t make it through. You will survive because your God is stronger than whatever you are facing and He will bring you through it! 🦅 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

“1 But now thus saith the LORD that created thee, O Jacob, and he that formed thee, O Israel, Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called [thee] by thy name; thou [art] mine. 2 When thou passest through the waters, I [will be] with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.” ~ Isaiah 43:1-2
