I’ve been seeing a lot of debating of the Word of God online. I’ve even had people tag me in questions, wanting me to engage on topics that they already knew where I stood. God led me to today’s verse. It’s one thing for the unlearned to seek knowledge, but it’s another for the enemy to bait God’s children into confrontation and for us to entertain those foolish questions. God’s Word says they are unprofitable. They will only serve to irritate your spirit and you run the chance of allowing them to bring you out of character. Don’t fall into it. Use discernment before answering, you don’t need to entertain every debate with a response. We are living in a time that requires us to walk with our Father and listen closely for His voice in ALL things. Discernment is key in knowing the spirits that are trying to engage us in battles we don’t need to be in or twisting God’s Word around. Listening for the voice of God through the voice of the world had never been more important. Avoid the foolish questions. That comes from our Father’s Word. Don’t even give them space.
