What comes out of your mouth is so very important. We hold the power to speak things into existence. That old rhyme sticks and stones may break my bones but word will never hurt me is the biggest untruth. Words do hurt and they hold power. We must be careful at the words we speak not only against others, but words we speak against ourselves. They can build up or they can destroy. You may think, Michelle it’s not that serious; but my friend it is. Proverbs 18:21 tells us death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit there of.
