So often everyone wants to just fit in, but as children of God we are set apart. God gave us the privilege of being His sons and daughters. Our spirits will often collide with people because just as they rejected Christ they reject us. The person may have no reason to dislike you or be coming against you and it is because their spirit recognizes ours. I can instantly meet someone and feel our spirits collide. We must learn to be okay with being different. We must allow the Jesus in us to shine so bright others want what we have and for those irritated by our spirit and the God in us, pray for them and keep on going. A seed has been planted and they are watching us grow in Christ. The Lord may send someone else to water that seed and soften the grounds of their heart towards Him or He may use you as they watch you to draw them to Him. Whatever you don’t, don’t dull shine for Christ for any reason. The world needs more people who shine for Him! 🦅 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

Amen, you never know why someone doesn’t like you, it could be their spirit realizes you are a child of God and they are not.
