Freedom is never free and I am so thankful for our Veterans. They risk their lives and give up time with their families to defend our country. So many our freedoms for granted. Veterans and their families sacrifice so much for our country and I am thankful for all that they do. I am especially proud of my dad and little brother who served our country. 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

These verses really touched my heart this morning. “for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat…” The path to hell is wide. “Because straight is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.” In contrast, the path to heaven is narrow and there are few that find it. God’s Word tells us many will be deceived in the end days and we are living in those very times. My heart grieves for those lost. It’s time for God’s people to rise up and stand on His Word and stand for what is right more than ever. We need to pray for devil’s deceptions to be revealed and blinders to fall away, for as many to be saved as possible. But we need to do it out of love, not from anger. Allow the Holy Spirit to lead your conversations in this season. 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

Everyone needs someone they can trust when their world is falling apart, someone they can turn to when life has knocked them down and who will rejoice with them when things have turned around. The Lord has blessed me with a best friend who has stick with me through some pretty low times in my life. She never abandoned me and never tired of my tears or whining. She’s sent me care packages when my heart needed it most and believed in me when I’d I didn’t believe in myself. I am so thankful for my BFF, Cheryl. 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

Outwardly appearances can be deceiving. You never know what a person is dealing with and you never know at what level the Lord is working on their heart. Just be kind. You can disagree with the world and still walk in love. That doesn’t mean you shouldn’t be bold in the Word of God. However, there is so much hate right now and you should do it out of a place of love. 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

“1} Judge not, that ye be not judged. {2} For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.” ~ Matthew 7:1-2

These three young men just make my heart smile. I could not be more proud to be their Aunt. Their hearts are huge and God has blessed me to a part of their lives. I am so thankful to be their Aunt Chelle! 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

“But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you.” That’s really the key isn’t it, seeking God first? Our lives get so busy I think He often gets pushed to the back when that’s when we need to push Him to the front the most. Keeping us too busy for God is one of the devils biggest tactics. “Seek ye first the kingdom of God…” Set aside some time each day for your Father to seek Him and His will for your life and your family and watch the atmosphere start to shift around you! 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

“{31} Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed? {32} (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things. {33} But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.” ~ Matthew 6:31-33

The Lord has blessed me with three beautiful nieces. The absolutely fill my heart with love. I couldn’t have daughters, but he gave me these three to spoil and I am so thankful to be their Aunt.

I had to smile as I read this morning’s verses. I had just finished praying for a larger place to live, this little apartment is just too small and I need office space, I need this and that… o ye of little faith. My Father already knows I have need of these things even before I ask. If the lilies toil not, why do I worry so? Thank you Poppa for a timely reminder for your daughter. Perhaps someone else needed it too. God knows what you need and while He likes for us to bring our needs before Him, He never wants us to worry. Worry are seeds of doubt and they need to be rooted out. Replace them with seeds of faith that you water daily! 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

“{28} And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin: {29} And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. {30} Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, [shall he] not much more [clothe] you, O ye of little faith?” ~ Matthew 6:28-30

I never had sisters growing up, but always wanted them. Now the Lord has blessed me with two awesome ones. Pammy came to my rescue when I needed out of a really toxic situation fast and was there to load my stuff up and help me get away. Sarah has been equally helpful (and cuts my hair beautifully). Both listen to my silly tears without judgement. I am so thankful God gave me the sisters I always wanted! 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

We serve a God that is completely able to supply every single one of our needs. We worry so when we serve a God that created heavens and earth, there is nothing too great or small that He cannot supply for His children, all we have to do is ask. These verses remind us He supplies for the fowls of the air and are you not much better than they? Child of God, don’t you realize you were created in your Father’s image? The devil is a liar, do not believe his lies that your needs won’t be met. Start claiming that you have more than enough. Walk in God’s promises to you and trust Him when He says He will supply ALL of your needs! He will do it, it’s in His Word. 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

“{25} Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment? {26} Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?” ~ Matthew 6:25-26

No matter where life takes me or what I go through, I can count on my brothers to be there when I need them. They may tease me and give me a hard time, but they always have my back. I am thankful to be their big sister! 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

Another verse I have been thinking on. There are things in this world you just have to let go for God. You can’t hold onto the world and the things of it and the the things that serve the purposes of it and try to hold onto Him at the same time. That hit close to home as I did an inventory and began letting some people and things go. It doesn’t mean you love them any less or stop praying. Anything that causes separation or pulls my time away from God has to go. Kingdom minded and destiny focused from here on out and those who love me and with a heart for God get this! 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

“No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.” ~ Matthew 6:24

I can’t even tell you how much this little dog has blessed my life. God knew just how much I needed her and He matched her to me so perfectly. She sits on my lap and sits up to watch to tv with me. She listens intently when I talk to her, studying my face. When I’m crying, she snuggles up next to me and doesn’t leave my side. She’s been through so much with me and I am so thankful to be her momma! 💛 ~ Chelle, -#f8ithgal

As I read this, I thought of all the darkness in the world. We are called to be a light in the middle of that darkness. I was reading things that troubled me last night. If we speak the truth and it is not excepted we are to dust our feet and go on. That is not being dark or being part of the darkness, it is speaking the truth. However, if you speak from a place of malice and hate that is not of God and you need to check your heart because that is not of God and the enemy may be using you to twist what God wants people to hear. It’s a matter of the heart and you should not spewing hate but spreading love. Yes, you should stand solid on the truth, but out of a place of love. Jesus died for us all not a few, we are not called to preach the gospel and truth to just a few. Who knows who’s heart He can change when it’s done out of a place of love. 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

{22} The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light. {23} But if thine eye be evil, thy whole body shall be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in thee be darkness, how great [is] that darkness!” ~ Matthew 6:22-23

I have gotten myself into some situations over the years! I have been in relationships I didn’t think I would make it out of and I’ve started over more times than I’d like to count. One thing was a constant no matter where I was in life, I had a momma praying me through! Those prayers make all the difference when you are hundreds of miles from home all alone with tears streaming down your cheeks and no idea what your going to do. God knew and He was working it all out for His glory and the path He had for my life, but it was a mother’s prayers that kept me going through so many difficult nights. The things of this earth of pass away. We will pass away and we can’t take our earthly possessions with us when we go. It is so important to do a heart check of the things that really matter, where we are storing our treasures, and what those treasures are. We never know when the time when come when our last breath will be drawn. 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

“{19} Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal: {20} But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal: {21} For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.” ~ Matthew 6:19-21

I do not know how I made it before I was filled with the Holy Ghost. He intercedes for me when my heart doesn’t have the Words. The Holy Ghost provides discernment and wisdom that no one else can. I am so thankful to be filled with the Holy Ghost and blessed with a prayer language He has given to me. Now that I have it, I couldn’t make it through a day without it! 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

Jesus Himself taught us how to pray. I am so thankful for those prayers in my life that weren’t answered. When I look back I can see God’s hand of protection over me. I wasn’t praying in His will, but out of my fleshly desires. Read that one again. It can be a bitter pill to swallow, but the heart can be deceiving. Test it with God’s Word and pray for confirmation. Pray earnestly for God’s will to be done on earth as it is in heaven and the trust Him that it will come to pass, even if it breaks your heart. “Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.” ~ Matthew 6:10

I am so thankful for the Word of God. It is a sword, the weapon every man and woman of God need in their arsenal. It contains what we need to renew our mind and it gives us the wisdom for any of the issues we face in life. It contains the road map we need for this journey we are in. 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

Jesus hung on the cross for everyone. Even as they spit on Him and called Him names, He gave His life offering Himself as a forgiveness for our sins before we were ever even born and had committed them. But He knew we would, and He provided forgiveness and a pathway to heaven. We are to exercise that same love and forgiveness. You might say, “but they don’t deserve it” or “they purposely used and hurt me.” Read today’s, verse again, “…. Love your enemies… pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you.” Our Father is pretty clear in this verse. You don’t have to continue walking in daily fellowship with them, but you do have to have forgiveness in your hearts for them. That unforgiveness grows in yours and causes distance between you and your Father. It’s so much better to forgive and walk away in peace, your Father can help you with doing that! 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

“But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;” ~ Matthew 5:44

I am thankful for the blood of Jesus! It is His blood that forgives me for my sins. I fail Him daily and His blood still covers me. I am so unworthy, yet He still gave His life for mine! 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

“I will praise thee, O Lord, with my whole heart; I will shew forth all thy marvellous works.” ~ Psalm 9:1

I see so much anger over silliness right now. People deleting and blocking over a difference of opinion. Malice growing in hearts over things where the Lord is calling for forgiveness and prayer. It is okay to think differently, it is not okay to allow hate to grow in your hearts from it on either side. I urge you to pray and make it right. I’m not encouraging you to change your views, but your hearts toward one another. 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

“But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire.” ~ Matthew 5:22

The world is dark. All you have to do is turn on the news or take a run through social media and you will see darkness everywhere. We are called to be a light in that dark world that can’t be hid. As such, the devil will try to whisper in your ears that your light isn’t worthy to be seen and it needs to be hid. He is a liar. We serve a merciful God of restoration and that is exactly why your light needs to shine forth. Others need to know of that same grace and mercy. The world needs to see the Lord’s light through you and just what He’s done for you. Let it shine through the darkness today. 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

“{14} Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. {15} Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. {16} Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.” ~ Matthew 5:14-16

I love this verse. I was thinking on it and praying over it for this blog this morning. That “salt” makes us different as children of God. A couple of times over the last couple of years people close to me have expected me to conform to their image of who they thought I should be, but it wasn’t who God created me to be. Conforming to their level caused my salt to lose its savor. The Holy Spirit was vexed and I could not propel forth for His plan over my life until I was the “me” He created me to be. I had to renew my mind and have to continue to do so daily. The devil continues to try to steal the salt from my table. The attacks from the enemy are real. I’m thankful for a God of grace and mercy that restores what he has stolen and allows us to salt the earth once more. 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

“Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men.” ~ Matthew 5:13

I feel a heaviness weighing on my heart tonight for so many who feel they are alone. God is there with you. He longs to meet you at your brokenness, He wants to fill your emptiness, but you have to let Him in. My friend our God has not only numbered every star in the sky, but calls them by name. How much more does He care for you, who He made out of His image? Our great Father who made us knows you better than anyone else ever could and He knows what you need more than you even know yourself. He’s asking you to trust Him and call on His name. He will heal your broken heart and bind the wound that causes the pain to spill forth. That loneliness you feel can only be filled by Him. Stop looking for something to fill the void, that is a temporary fix. He has the lasting answer, call on His name and allow Him to start the healing process from within. He loves you like no other and He saying tonight you are not alone and He’s a prayer away. 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

A continued reminder from yesterday. I was recently blocked because of my views by a wolf in sheep’s clothing. The Bible says to shake the dust off of your feet and keep going. The devil is a master at deception and as God’s children we need to pray the veil from people’s eyes will be lifted. The Holy Spirit has to reveal the truth when their hearts are ready to receive it. Pray, but keep going. There are many others in the harvest that need to hear the truth. 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

“{11} Blessed are ye, when [men] shall revile you, and persecute [you], and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. {12} Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great [is] your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.” ~ Matthew 5:11-12

I sat and contemplated this verse this morning. We will be persecuted by the world for our beliefs in Christ, that is just kind of a given. It hits even closer to the heart when the enemy sets someone before you to persecute you for what you stand for and it’s someone you care about. Don’t waiver on those beliefs, don’t give in, and don’t compromise. Stand firm on the Word of God for yours is the kingdom of heaven. These things are temporary and so is the persecution you withstand and if they truly cared they would never put you in a position to compromise yourself. 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

“Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness’ sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.” ~ Matthew 5:10

In a world full of strife, violence, and riots God calls us to be peacemakers, not to participate in those acts. There are peaceful ways to support the things you believe in. If peace is not in the act I’d question who is pulling the strings behind it. The devil is so good at deceiving darkness as light and convincing us it is of God. Speaking to myself in this post so don’t get offended, he is a master at deception. If the outcome doesn’t bring peace to others AND yourself, question who whispered the action. 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

“Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.” ~ Matthew 5:9

This evening I was sitting on my bed with a multitude of things running through my head when I heard, “and do not grow weary in doing good.” I few weeks ago the Lord had given me a word over my migraines directly after that I was attacked with a terrible virus that took me out for pretty much a solid week. On the tale end of that, the enemy continued to slam me with one attack after another. Just before the word from the Lord I had enrolled in two courses at His prompting that now the enemy was fighting me hard, I felt as if he had literally waged war against me. He had, my destiny was at stake. I began to read the full verse that God was bringing to my attention, “And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.” ~ Galatians 6:9 The key is to not faint, not to give up, and not to give in. God has so much for me to reap, so much for me to harvest for His Kingdom. The devil is shaking and trying everything he can to stop me. He’s pulling out all the usual attacks, hitting all of my weak spots. But if I stay the course, if I pull these strongholds down through Christ my Lord and through the renewing of my mind daily I won’t grow weary. I don’t think this word is for me alone friends. Someone else out there is under attack and God is saying don’t grow weary in doing good! Stay the course. Draw unto Him. Renew your mind DAILY and you too will not faint and you will reap in due season. 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

I’ve been thinking on this a lot this morning. The devil tries to really twist your mind, but God sees unto your heart. That is why renewing your mind is so important, the devil never ceases. Purity comes out of the heart and this verse confirms that. 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

“Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.” ~ Matthew 5:8

“Merciful” is showing extreme mercy. “Mercy” is “compassion or forgiveness shown toward someone whom it is within one’s power to punish or harm.” Jesus showed the ultimate form of mercy when He gave His life for ours on the cross, forming the path to forgiveness for our sins when we didn’t even deserve it. If He can offer that kind of mercy, how much more can we offer our fellow mankind? 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

“Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy.” ~ Matthew 5:7

God is so good! This verse was aligned with what He spoke to me about this morning and my morning prayer. I went to post the next Beatitude and said look at God! I love it when He confirms things. Lord, give me that hunger and thirst in this verse! 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

“Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.” ~ Matthew 5:6

Meek is quiet ant gentle, a complete opposite of so much of what we see going on around us today. Poppa, help me to have a meek spirit. 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

“Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth.” ~ Matthew 5:5

So many I know are going through deep mourning right now. Our Father is the greatest comfort during those times. 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

“Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.” ~ Matthew 5:4

This verse just spoke to me this morning. I like how Billy Graham once put it, “If you put the word “humble” in place of the word “poor” you will understand what He meant.” We can’t get into Heaven without the blood of Jesus covering our sins. We must come to that place of humble repentance to enter. It also takes a humble heart to serve Him. Something to reflect on. 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

“Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.” ~ Matthew 5:3

I was thinking on Hebrews 12:1 and “the sin which doth so easily beset us.” Beset is trouble or threaten persistently. I am not sure how many can relate to that (or are willing to admit they can relate to that), but I sure can. The devil knows our point of weakness and he knows exactly where and when to attack. He’s also a master at self-condemnation if we do fall, but if you continue to read Hebrews 12 you will find “whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth…(6)” The Lord does it out of a place of love (not condemnation) and verse 11 tells us “afterwards it yieldeth the peaceable fruit of righteousness…” Once the Holy Spirit has corrected us and we have ask for forgiveness, that sweet peace is restored and the devil can’t hold that over your head any longer. After that, it’s time to suit up and put in your armor of God to prevent future attacks. Take extra care for those areas the enemy hit hardest because he will be back and you need to be stronger in the area of that sin that so easily beset you. 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

“Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset [us], and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,” ~ Hebrews 12:1

“Now no chastening for the present seemeth to be joyous, but grievous: nevertheless afterward it yieldeth the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto them which are exercised thereby.” ~ Hebrews 12:11

This verse brought tears to my eyes this morning. It offers so much hope to a hurting and “sick” world. Even those who have slid back can repent and come home, he didn’t come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance. Jesus said it Himself! 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

“{31} And Jesus answering said unto them, They that are whole need not a physician; but they that are sick. {32} I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.” ~ Luke 5:31-32

You know not the hour the Lord returns. I was praying this morning and the Lord clearly gave me this verse. It is also so important for His children to confess our sins before Him. Don’t be caught with your lamp empty when He returns! Thank You Jesus for Your grace. 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

“And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.” ~ Mark 1:15

God is a Spirit and you can feel His presence all around you when those praises are going up and you are worshiping Him in spirit. You don’t have to be in church, you can have that one on one communication with your Father right in your home. You don’t need a priest, you just need your spirit to praise His Holy name, worshipping in spirit and He will meet you right where you are! 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

“{23} But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. {24} God [is] a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship [him] in spirit and in truth.” ~ John 4:23-24

I love these verses so much. Jesus looked right at the woman at the well and saw into her situation and continued to tell her about the water that springs to eternal life. He knows your past and it’s not too dirty for His water to cleanse. His water is cleansing, healing, and refreshing. Come dip yourself in the waters that will make you whole! 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

“{13} Jesus answered and said unto her, Whosoever drinketh of this water shall thirst again: {14} But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.” ~ John 4:3-14

The Lord has had me in John chapter 3 all week. I’ll wrap it up with today’s verse. There is freedom in His son. Freedom from the bondage of sin. There is everlasting life through His precious blood. All you have to do is except the gift He so willing gives and take His hand. He works from the inside, it doesn’t matter what you look like on the outside. 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

“He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.” ~ John 3:36

“He must increase, but I [must] decrease.” ~ John 3:30

I’ve been really sick for the last couple of days with a virus. I barely made it through work on Monday and had to call off the last two. I’m still not keeping food on my stomach. Anyone who knows man knows calling off work is a big thing for me. I was laying in bed thinking of all the negatives this virus was causing when it suddenly occurred to me to check my weight. I had lost 5 pounds since Sunday evening when I weighed myself. I had to to chuckle. God works everything out in our favor, even this virus! It hit me just one day after the Lord had dropped a heavy word into my spirit and I don’t believe that was by accident. I had enrolled in two intense courses as well and the devil was mad. Look at God still working it out in my favor. This evening sick as could be I still listened to today’s session, read my next chapter, and pedaled my steps. Devil is a liar. All things work together for my good because I am a daughter of THE King. ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

Light and darkness and cannot abode together. Verse 20 tells us, “For every one that doeth evil hateh the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.” We see a lot of darkness in this world and they hate it when the things they do are brought out into the light. As followers of Christ you can not abide in darkness and profess to follow His light. The two do not align. Verse 21 tells, “But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.” What is done in darkness always comes to light. 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

“{19} And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. {20} For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. {21} But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.” ~ John 3:19-21

I was sick and spent most of the day sleeping and then spent the afternoon and evening at the ER and sleeping again, but the devil will not win! I love theses two verses. Jesus came to save us, not condemn us. The enemy will often plant thoughts of self condemnation in our heads, don’t fall for it. One of the first verses I ever learned as a child and one that means so much to a hurting world. God gave His only Son for me and for you! All we have to do is believe in Him to not perish and have eternal life! He also offers peace in this crazy world full of chaos. 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

Last week I registered for two courses from Jennifer Eivaz. I actually went in with the intentions of registering for one and “accidentally” registered for the wrong one and went ahead and registered for the one I had intended to register for too. I clearly heard God tell me it was not on accident, but by His design that I had registered for the first course. I started one (the one I’d planned last week) and the other yesterday. I studied chapter 2 a good part of the day. This morning I was kicking myself. Lord, I wasted so much time yesterday and didn’t get anything I needed to get done, done. I.e. the house cleaned, grocery shopping done. I’m going to have to do those things today. My morning devotional was about burnout and it in, it talked about Mary and Martha. Immediately the Lord spoke to my heart and said you chose to be like Mary yesterday and that was needful. Today you rest.

I was feeling so guilty about the time I had spent immersed in my studies, but let me tell you this morning the Holy Spirit poured out over me and God had an on time word for His daughter that was a game changer for me! I’m sharing this because sometimes we get busy and don’t listen to what God says and miss so much. Martha was burdened with much to do, while Mary was all about her Father’s business. God had pressed on my heart for weeks to register for this course and I literally waited until 2:30 in the morning on the day after it started to move (thinking it started that day and then registering for two courses). I wasn’t sure I had time, I wasn’t sure it was for me, I wasn’t sure… if God says move, move. “But one thing is needful: and Mary hath chosen that good part, which shall not be taken away from her. (Luke 10:42)” Is there a needful thing God is calling you to do in relationship to Him? I would like to encourage you to take the time to do it. In my morning prayer this morning, I really felt the presence of God as He just poured His Spirit out over me. I started to reflect on those that don’t know Him as I sat down to write this, how do they make it through the day? Man, I remember when I was lost running aimlessly through this world but now times are so much tougher. I could not do it without my Jesus lighting the way! He is absolutely my peace in a world that desperately needs peace and He can be yours too. All you have to do is call on His name, ask Him to forgive your sins, and to become Lord of your life. He will meet you right where you are. He will cleanse you from the inside out and you too will be born of His Spirit! He works through you!!! Don’t hold off trying to clean yourself up first because He does that for you and makes you a new creation in Him. I love to sleep in the rain. The sound of it hitting the roof just lulls me right to sleep. I don’t know what storm your facing tonight, but let rains of your troubles hit the roof tonight knowing your Father has it in His hands and there is no better place for it to be. You are protected under the shelter of His arms. Have you been born again? It doesn’t matter how good of a person you are or how many great things you do here on earth. If you have not been born again and made your heart right with Him before you draw your last breath you won’t make into His eternal Kingdom. Oh has the Lord been working with me on patience. I have a terrible migraine tonight and started not to post at all and then I read Hebrews 10:35-36 while looking through old pictures I’d posted on my FB blog. Wow. This week pressed me, I mean it really pressed me. It would have been pretty easy to cast off my confidence. I was overwhelmed. I needed patience. God had moved me to do something this week that stretched me outside of my comfort zone and honestly I didn’t think I had the time or emotional/ spiritual capacity to do what I felt He was telling me to do. But I moved on the will of God so that I will receive His promises in that area. These verses were just confirmation for me tonight! The devil departed “for a season.” When you have work to do for the Lord and you are focused on His Kingdom the devil will do everything in his power to stop that. He may let you go for a season, but he’ll be back. That is why prayer and staying in God’s Word is essential. The battle is real and you need to protect your mind daily and put the armor of God on each morning as soon as as you wake! 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

All the things of the world and nothing compares to the things of God. The devil is really good at subtly allowing us to let things take precedent over the things of God. Work, games, Facebook, anything that pulls our attention away from our Father. Most of the time we don’t even realize it’s happen. We get so involved and look up and say, “ Well, will you look at the time?” The devil is very good at then using some of those very time consuming things to insert stress. God deserves our time, our reverence, our worship. When we dedicate that time to Him other pieces also start to fall into place because we are seeking Him. It’s time the devil often likes to makes us think we don’t have time for or keeps us so busy time slips away when in reality it is the most precious time we could spend in our day and we need to seek it out. 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

Just a little encouragement for this evening. I know several people who had a really difficult day. At one point this afternoon my mom said (from the other room), are you crying? She told me to come in and pray. So completely overwhelmed, I could not even move. But I have a praying momma who continued to pray right where I was and demanded for the enemy to go and for the Lord’s peace to calm my troubled spirit. Thank You Jesus for praying momma’s!

I started to reflect on that this evening. Lord I didn’t feel very graceful today with tears streaming down my cheeks. My grace is sufficient for you daughter! My strength is made perfect in your weakness!! You try to do too much, lean into me. My grace is enough. I just thought someone else might need to hear that today too. Did you struggle through the day too? Did you take one hit after another? Perhaps one thing after another was piled on top of you. Just because you can, doesn’t mean you should. That’s what I came to mind as I read this today. There are so many temptations we could take part in during this day in time time but the satisfaction is temporary and we know not what moment our Lord will return. The older I get, the more I see the importance of keeping oil in my lamp for His return. It also becomes all the more more important to press into Him and the things He wants than those temptations that used to seem to glitter like gold. 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

I’m zapped tonight. I started walking again this evening, I’m doing an app through work where I commit to steps by joining different challenges. I need the accountability! The first challenge is 6,000 steps a day. My brother chimes, that’s easy. I had to walk most of mine after work and I struggled y’all! It’s going to take time to build back up to where I used to be. I’m also in physical therapy for my shoulder and have to do home exercises, medicine changes for migraines still causing migraines in the transition. So yeah, I’m tired tonight. Too tired to write but, I found myself thinking and talking to my Father…

Poppa, what are we going to write about tonight? Very clearly he said I will never leave you. I was thinking it had not been that long ago that I had posted on this very subject with these very verses yet here He was placing this right on my heart again. I started to think of all the people on my timeline and the things they are going through. Someone just might need that reminder tonight that they aren’t alone. God will never leave or forsake you nor will He fail you. Perhaps I needed that reminder myself. I love the way God looks out for His children. What you are feeding into your body is more than just food and drink. We need the nourishment of the Word of God! We have so much going into our mind during these days. I was sitting here thinking Poppa this was a day, I was overwhelmed and almost immediately before I could even finished my thought He said the waters will not overtake you. The Lord brings me to Isaiah 43:2, “ When thou passest through the waters, I [will be] with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.”

The devil likes for us to feel like we are at a place where we can’t handle things. It’s okay, we don’t have to handle it all. When the waters are rising and the currents are swift, we have a God that will navigate our way through them. I can’t tell you how many times I called on God today. Now I kind of chuckle, I bet that made the devil so mad. when those waters start to get deep, call on your Father. If He doesn’t cause them to recede, He’s about to teach you to swim against strong currents or allow you to float through them. Either way, He’s got you! They will not overflow you. The devil likes for you to think your drowning, but he is a liar. Hold Isaiah 43:2 close to your heart and pull it out when the waters rise. Jesus was tempered y’all! If you think he tempted the son of God how much greater do you think he is going to tempt all of us who have become joint heirs of Christ. Let that sink in for a minute. There are souls on the line and his kingdom in this world is at stake. If you are for God, you are against him. If you are actively working for the Kingdom of God you are in direct opposition of the prince of darkness. Sometimes temptations are better in his warfare than fiery darts. Anything that pulls you away from God (even if it doesn’t pull you to him) is a battle won in his books. Keep your eyes focused on Jesus and not the things of the world. Everything that glimmers is not gold. Everyone that speaks sugary is not sweet to the taste. 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

We are about the step into a new week. So many are facing uncertainty on many different levels. Leave that uncertainty in the week that just ended right where it was and walk into the new week with the knowledge the Lord is already there. He’s gone before you. Whatever the week holds, He has already prepared your way through it. There is absolutely nothing that you will face that He has not made a way for you to handle. Jesus goals. When I read this I think oh how I want my Heavenly Father to be well pleased with His daughter. I fail Him so many times and yet He loves me still. Through Jesus we have an endless supply of grace and mercy, but I never want to take that for granted. I want to be better, do better. I have prayed all evening about this evening’s post. The Neurologist is changing my migraine meds and the results of stepping down from one so that I can step onto another is a horrible, yet necessary process. It is causing an increase of migraines while my emotions seemingly spiral out of control. I should probably come with a warning label through the transition and all the while my shoulder still has more days of excruciating pain than good days adding to the emotional windfall. I’m a mess Poppa! I see you struggling daughter, but your steps have been ordered and you have been called. This will not break you.

How many know when you take something to your Father He listens and if you quiet your heart, you will hear Him answer? He brought me to Psalms 37:23-24 and spoke a word to my heart that encouraged me to press in harder and keep going. Our steps our ordered by our Father. We each have something specific to do for Him and His Kingdom. No job is too big or too small, all is necessary in Kingdom work. Whatever the path the Lord has set you on is not too hard for you to walk, He will help you when the path gets rocky. His hand will balance and strengthen you. And oh my friends, His hand will lift you when you fall. He is with you no matter where you are on that path. If you’ve fallen down, I encourage you to lift your hand up to Him tonight. Every time I read this verse, I hear a song my Azuza in my head. It is called “Prepare the Way.” Throughout the song it says, The Lord comes with might..He says I call you by name and He says prepare the way.. prepare the way of the Lord.. and He says I will strengthen you and He says prepare the way…” He has gone to prepare a place for us, but He’s coming back and the path to Him is straight and narrow. Prepare ye the way. Not every one that says Lord Lord will enter the gates of Heaven. Not everyone with a “good” heart and and a list of “good” works will will be granted entrance in. The path is narrow. Prepare ye the way of the Lord and prepare your heart for His coming. I love this verse. Jesus, the son of God increased in wisdom and stature. As part of the God head, He knows all things. Born as child into mankind He increased in wisdom and stature. God’s favor was upon Him, but man’s favor followed Him as well. As you grow close to God and study to show yourself approved, the Holy Spirit will start to increase your Godly wisdom. When you are a child of God operating under His will and His favor is raining down on you He can cause even your enemies to show you favor that they don’t understand. I was sitting here pondering on tonight’s post and the Lord immediately brought John 14::27 to my remembrance, “Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.” The world is in chaos right now. Riots and civil dis-rest. Grown men acting like children, the Presidential debate made my head hurt y’all! Friend against friend, families divided. But God. If you are His child you have peace in the storm, you have calm in the chaos. His ways aren’t like our ways. We are in the world, but not of the world. Called, set apart. Just different. We can see everything going on and see it is in accordance with His Word and know He is still in control. We don’t have to be troubled or afraid when we are following Him and His will for us.

We can rest in perfect peace with the storms raging around us. Ha! I needed that dropped into my spirit tonight, it’s been a rough week but He said daughter I’m in control. He said see Me through the pain, see Me through the chaos, see Me. Fix your eyes on Me. You are watching the storm and your eyes should be fixed on Me. See Me. A spirit of joy and laughter came over me as the Lord spoke to His daughter! He is our peace my friends. I don’t care what you are facing or what the state of our world is in. He is our peace. There is something about this verse that just catches my heart every time I read it. Mary didn’t say anything, but she took it all in and pondered them in her heart. I can’t help but wonder if she took those things she pondered to her Father in private conversations. I ponder a lot in my heart too. I write a lot in journals too. But when Jesus left us, He left us the Holy Spirit. He is our comforter. He makes intercession on our behalf to our Father when we don’t have the words. I believe in you! As a child of God, there is NOTHING you can’t conquer. Don’t allow the enemy to defeat you by getting into your head. Press into God and keep on going. When Matthew 6:8 says, “…ye Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him.”… He meant that and He meant it down to the littlest of detail. I have a calcium deposit in my rotator cuff causing calcific tendonitis and extreme pain. I have had very limited range of motion. Now let me rewind to a few years ago. There was a sale on bras, yes bras. I bought one and thought this is horrible, what a complete waste of my money. The straps were very soft, stretchy, and I didn’t think it gave enough support. Back to now. It hurts to wear a bra. This morning while I was getting ready I came across it, shoved all the way to the back while I was looking for something else. I decided to try it and oh my goodness, no pain! You may think I am crazy, but God knew I was going to need that bra. I had tried loosening my others, I had tried sports bras, all brought me to tears.

This morning, God spoke to me through a bra. How funny is that?! Friends He cares about every single detail of our life. So for the naysayers who say what about healing? What if he had something to show me and others through this? He didn’t cause my calcium deposit, but He knew it was going to happen and He had a blessing and testimony from it. I’m standing on that! He knew my need not only before I ask, but before it ever was and He had made provision for it. That is the kind of awesome God we serve! 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

Our Savior, King of Kings, was laid in a manger when He was born. A manger is “a trough or open box in a stable designed to hold feed or fodder for livestock.” His arrival on earth, the beginning of what He was to for us… 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

“And she brought forth her firstborn son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger; because there was no room for them in the inn.” ~ Luke 2:7

“I will not leave you comfort less: I will come to you.” ~ John 14:18 That’s a promise from our Father y’all! The devil likes for us to think we are all alone, that no one cares. Recently I had a couple of people just completely shut me out. I struggled with why, what did I do Poppa? My heart hurt because I thought they were people I could depend on, but in reality they just weren’t meant to be in my circle. God was separating the wheat from the tares. I couldn’t see the difference, but he could. I wouldn’t remove them, so He did. He needed Kingdom minded people in my circle, not just Kingdom minded, but people who would support the calling He has on my life. Not everyone can go where I’m taking you daughter, but I won’t leave you alone. Do you feel alone? Look up and look inward. God has not left you. Perhaps He is cleaning out your circle for a reason. This verse recognizes life in the womb. The baby leaped as she was filled with the Holy Ghost. That child had a strong anointing on him before he was ever born. This verse just makes my heart smile. 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

“And it came to pass, that, when Elisabeth heard the salutation of Mary, the babe leaped in her womb; and Elisabeth was filled with the Holy Ghost:” ~ Luke 1:41

I stared at the woman in the mirror. I have so many flaws Poppa. I lose focus. My weight goes up and down. My heart gets too invested in the wrong people. I am perfectly imperfect. Those imperfections are how I use you daughter. You can’t reach people you can’t relate to. I never leave you in the midst of your struggles. You are mine and you don’t face this journey alone.

I am not ashamed of my imperfections because they make me who I am. I learn and grow from them. When I look in the mirror I see more than my imperfections. I also see strength that comes through God from through my weakness and a strong faith in Him. I’m perfectly imperfect and I’m okay with that. 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

“And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.” ~ 2 Corinthians 12:9

What I admire most about this verse is Mary’s obedience. The Angel just told her she was going to conceive through immaculate conception and she says, “…be it according to thy word…” I want that faith and that obedience in my life! It doesn’t matter what you are facing or what your situation looks like, NOTHING is impossible with God! He allowed the barren Elisabeth to give birth in her old age. As I typed this, I heard the Lord speak of barren wounds in the spiritual being opened. This is a season for God’s children to rise up and birth what He has placed within you. It doesn’t matter where you think your gifting lies. It doesn’t matter your background or degree. This is coming from God and He will equip those He calls. Sometimes you have to suck it up and encourage yourself. Tonight was one of those nights. I’m in extreme pain with my shoulder. I have gained so much weight from the migraine medicine they are replacing. It will be a long two weeks stepping off of it. Physical therapy for my shoulder for 4 weeks. Poppa, I feel like I’m starting over. Tears pouring down my cheeks. I’m drowning. Then I heard that still small voice whisper but have you quit? You are crying out to Me because you know you have to press forward and I am your strength. Your testimony will give hope to others. You don’t quit. You dig in and press harder.

I started looking through FB blogs I’d posted at various times on my journey and this picture stood out. It doesn’t matter how small the step forward is, it’s a step closer to where you need to be. You can’t lose and the devil can’t win if you don’t give up. We are more than conquerors through Christ and through Him I will regain the ground I’ve lost. I wanted to share this with you in case you’ve “lost ground” in areas of your life. It just takes a small step in the right direction to get you back on track. I was thinking on roots this evening. A couple of months ago the Lord showed me a vision of a dark demonic mass on my head with deep roots going into my head. The mass faded into a sunflower, a beautiful vibrant sunflower. My Father told me the roots go deep (into my mind) and He was digging them up. The next day in prayer, He told me He was replacing those roots with His roots and to surround myself with everything Him. Read, pray, ground myself in His Word. He told me His seeds were firmly planted to take root and blossom like the sunflower in my dream. The “sonflower” I saw needed to be watered daily, it needed the sonlight from God’s Word, it needed a daily shower of rain through the renewing of my mind. Through a daily washing in His sonlight the sonflower I saw would continue to grow and prosper.

What we have been through in life takes root in our mind, especially those facing any kind of trauma (emotional or physical). God wants to pull those roots up and replace them with His. When we bury ourselves in His Word, prayer, and songs of praise new roots spring up and we become grounded in His love. As we water them daily, we renew our minds and those roots grow into a beautiful full garden of His love and knowledge. It starts with our mind and what we feed into it. Negativity can’t survive in our new garden. Everything that hurt us and polluted our mind can’t survive there either. What are you feeding into your mind? If you have trusted Jesus as your Savior, you are now a child of God! It is that simple. That causes my heart to cry out in praise. Thank You Father for the blood of Jesus that set us free. As we get closer to the election, I am seeing so much bitterness on my timeline. Most of us have been taught “sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me.” That could not be more untrue. Words hurt and they leave behind scars that aren’t visibly seen. It may be a silly “little” argument or “difference of opinion” to you, but those words may take root in someone’s mind and cause far more damage than you realize. Mere “words” tore me down emotionally at one time in my life and they came from the person I trusted most. God is healing those soul wounds, yes they pierced to the depth of my soul. That may sound silly, but if you have lived through emotional abuse you will know it to be true. More than once God has told me He is unraveling the damage done to my mind as He heals my heart.

Words are more damaging than one would think. You don’t know what the person on the other side is going through. You may just be blowing off steam as you sound your opinion, but the person receiving them may be in an emotional state you can’t even comprehend. It’s simple, just be kind. We can have adult conversations without name calling and beating someone down. Before you say those hurtful things or post that hateful comment, stop and think. Is it really necessary, could I speak in a softer tone? Could I post that without all the cursing and rude comments, do I really need to be so mean to make my point? What would Jesus say or do? Just a reminder, YOU matter. I was looking through pictures from my FB blog page and came across this one from late 2015. The enemy tries to trick us into believing we aren’t enough. He twist little truths from our lives and distorts them into bigger things. We start to think we are just spinning our wheels, we aren’t making any progress. One day and one step is never lost to God. He sees you trying and He has already proven you do matter. Jesus died on the cross for YOU because YOU were on His heart, YOU matter. The devil is a liar. When he starts trying to twist things in your head, send him packing. You are a child of God, chosen. The devil can’t change that. Just in case you haven’t heard it lately, you are awesome. You are chosen by the King to be one of His children. You are in the linage of greatness through the blood of Jesus. I don’t care what your situation looks like, your Father is the King. He has instilled great talents inside of you to be used to glorify and expand His Kingdom. Where you are at now will become a testimony to how far the Lord can take His children. Stay the course and do not grow weary. He didn’t design you to be ordinary. This verse is a reminder that I Am has always been. He always will be! He knows every plan the devil has set for us and He knows how we will respond. His grace and mercy are never ending. He looks out for us in realms we cannot even see and whatever He allows will ultimately turn out for our good as it brings glory to His Kingdom. “1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 The same was in the beginning with God.” ~ John 1:1-2

“Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision: for the day of the LORD [is] near in the valley of decision.” ~ Joel 3:14 As I wrapped up my reading through of the Old Testament (in chronological order) Joel 3:14 seemed to leap off the pages at me. This is prophesying the point in the end where God has made His decision, judgement is coming and it will be swift. Satan and the antichrist will finally be defeated. I started to think about God’s judgement. The path to heaven is narrow and the path to hell is wide. (“13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide [is] the gate, and broad [is] the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: 14 Because strait [is] the gate, and narrow [is] the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.” Matthew 7:14) Good works aren’t going to get you through that gate and being a good person doesn’t pave your way in. The path is straight and narrow, the weight of that is sobering. A lot of people what to get in the gate, but they don’t want to change their ways. You can’t be half in, you need to be all in for God.

2 Timothy 3:5-7 has been weighing heavy on my heart for weeks, “5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away. 6 For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts, 7 Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.” There are a lot of people that “have a form of godliness.” Help us Lord. He isn’t looking for a form, He’s looking for a heart all in. Now is the time to exam your heart. Seek Him in the areas that need change. Fall at His feet and ask Him to guide you on His path. Ask for ears that hear and eyes that see and discern this time. Purify yourself before Him and renew your mind daily! Judgement is coming. Now is the time to prepare your heart. Now is the time to claim God’s power and share His light. Judgement is coming. Please exam your heart, I am certainly examine mine. Lord give us a heart for you greater than the things of this world. I had another verse prepared for today, but God laid this one on my heart. God is raising up His children for such a time as this. It’s time for His gospel to rain down across the world. The end days the Bible speaks of are the very days we are living in. It is our mandate to move outside of the “safety” of our boxes and declare His Word to all who will listen. Souls are on the line and the window for repentance is closing. A lot like Mordecai told Esther, if we hold our peace and do not rise up the Lord will use someone else to declare His Word loudly. Pick up the mantle the Lord has appointed you with a boldness and allow Him to speak through you. It is our time to spread His Word and the life it gives. By doing so, you will see His light penetrate through the darkness. It starts with you and me. Each ray of hope we throw out forms His glorious light across a dark nation, a beacon of hope for the weary, downcast, and lost. “Be glad then, ye children of Zion, and rejoice in the LORD your God: for he hath given you the former rain moderately, and he will cause to come down for you the rain, the former rain, and the latter rain in the first [month].” ~ Joel 2:23

When I pray, I thank God for hearing my prayers. When I read John 11 today, my spirit was touched when I read Jesus said, “Father, I thank thee that thou hasn’t heard me.” Jesus thanked God for hearing Him. How much more should we be thankful that he hears our prayers?

In Verse 42, Jesus knew that God hearest Him always. He hears the prayers of His children too. He hears when our hearts are hurting too bad for words with tears trickling down our cheeks. He even hears our heart as we sit in silence with no words to convey our thoughts. As our shepherd, we not only know His voice but He knows ours. He listens as we call on His name. The Holy Spirit makes intercession for us when we just can’t do it ourselves. Wow. That deserves so much thanks and praise. We are chosen y’all and we are covered by the blood of Christ. These verses caused me to reflect on the times in which we live. God is calling the world to turn to Him. He’s also calling for His children to come out boldly and allow His light to shine through them brightly as a beacon of hope to others. Our God has been so patient with the sins of our nation. He is indeed gracious and merciful to a world that has largely turned their backs on Him and His righteousness. Yet He still says, repent from evil and come to Me. It’s time for our nation to turn back to God and His Godly precepts. It starts with His children and our hearts being pure before Him. “Therefore also now, saith the Lord, turn ye even to me with ALL your heart…” There is no longer time for a wishy washy Christian. God placed Esther in a situation to save her people and in the end the Jewish people had joy and gladness. They go on to set aside a day of celebration and remember God who saved their people. We can learn so much from this story. God always shows up on time and He plants us just where He wants us to grow and just where we are needed. Just a reminder that the God who created heaven and earth loves YOU! Zephaniah 3:17 tells us God rejoices over us with joy, “The LORD thy God in the midst of thee [is] mighty; he will save, he will rejoice over thee with joy; he will rest in his love, he will joy over thee with singing.” How awesome is that?! Won’t God do it, yes He will! He canceled out the evil plan against the Jewish people and replaced it with a new decree. What God did for them so many years ago He can and will do for you today. Whatever you are going through is faith building times. Trust in Him! 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

“10 And he wrote in the king Ahasuerus’ name, and sealed [it] with the king’s ring, and sent letters by posts on horseback, [and] riders on mules, camels, [and] young dromedaries: 11 Wherein the king granted the Jews which [were] in every city to gather themselves together, and to stand for their life, to destroy, to slay, and to cause to perish, all the power of the people and province that would assault them, [both] little ones and women, and [to take] the spoil of them for a prey, 12 Upon one day in all the provinces of king Ahasuerus, [namely], upon the thirteenth [day] of the twelfth month, which [is] the month Adar.” ~ Esther 8:10-12

I was thinking this evening on how the Lord never abandons us. I have a couple of people that I considered “friends” but the Lord has started to show me they weren’t really people I could trust or depend on at all. That hurts. Especially when you thought you could turn to them for the most important things, like prayer. When I took it before the Lord, He said I’m closing your circle. Not everyone is intended to go where I’m taking you. God removes people for our good, He sees and hears what we don’t. One thing is certain, He will never abandon us, He will never fail us, and He replaces what the devil tries to steal. I just wanted to share that tonight. You might feel abandoned, but God is clearing the way for what He has for you. It can be a painful process, but you do not face it alone. 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

God can destroy what the devil thought he had set in stone! God is all powerful and all knowing. The devil may think he is winning when he is throwing dart after dart at us, BUT God. He knew all of that was going to happen before it even took place and He had already ordained our victory through Christ. The devil is no match for that. “4 Then the king held out the golden sceptre toward Esther. So Esther arose, and stood before the king, 5 And said, If it please the king, and if I have found favour in his sight, and the thing [seem] right before the king, and I [be] pleasing in his eyes, let it be written to reverse the letters devised by Haman the son of Hammedatha the Agagite, which he wrote to destroy the Jews which [are] in all the king’s provinces:” ~ Esther 8:4-5

Even on the darkest days, we have a light that penetrates through the shadows. We have so much going on right now, at times I feel the darkness is trying to close in around us. I went outside after work and the sun was absolutely beautiful. I began to think on God being our light in the darkness. The devil can issue blow after blow and think he’s shot out every light around us, but we have the light of God shining from within us. He can’t dim that. We aren’t alone in the darkness. God’s light shines out from within us. He is working in realms we can’t even see and all the while we are getting stronger. Our testimony is growing brighter. Child of God you may feel darkness all around you, but God is your light! He is a illuminating a beacon of hope that can’t be dimmed. Those King’s kids! We have a mighty God that defends us, Haman found that out the hard way. When God is for you it doesn’t matter what the situation looks like, He sees things we can’t and He’s moving pieces in place to defend us when we don’t even know it. ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

“8 Then the king returned out of the palace garden into the place of the banquet of wine; and Haman was fallen upon the bed whereon Esther [was]. Then said the king, Will he force the queen also before me in the house? As the word went out of the king’s mouth, they covered Haman’s face. 9 And Harbonah, one of the chamberlains, said before the king, Behold also, the gallows fifty cubits high, which Haman had made for Mordecai, who had spoken good for the king, standeth in the house of Haman. Then the king said, Hang him thereon. 10 So they hanged Haman on the gallows that he had prepared for Mordecai. Then was the king’s wrath pacified.” ~ Esther 7:8-10

It was most certainly a Monday! I felt my stress level rise throughout the day, so much going on. At the end of the day, my shoulder was hurting and swollen clear to my elbow. I sat in quiet reflection on the day and this post. It’s me again Poppa, I’m just weary. I seem to have a lot of friends that are just weary too. He brought me to Psalm 55:22, “Cast thy burden upon the LORD, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved.” I’m here to carry that weariness for you. Cast it upon Me and allow me to sustain you. I’m sharing this for those who are weary. You don’t have to carry those burdens on your shoulders, God says you are to cast them upon Him. Draw close to your Father and allow Him to carry that weariness for you. He loves to care for His children, we just have to turn it over to Him so that He can! 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

God gave Queen Esther the courage to speak on behalf of her and her people. In theses trying times when people seem so far from God, we need to pray for a boldness to speak the truth and speak life. God is life and a light in the darkness. The world needs that right now. ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

“3 Then Esther the queen answered and said, If I have found favour in thy sight, O king, and if it please the king, let my life be given me at my petition, and my people at my request: 4 For we are sold, I and my people, to be destroyed, to be slain, and to perish. But if we had been sold for bondmen and bondwomen, I had held my tongue, although the enemy could not countervail the king’s damage.” ~ Esther 7:3-4

As we are headed into a new week, I wanted to remind you to just the Lord. So many people on my timeline right now are navigating troubled waters. Don’t take your focus off of God, allow Him to be captain of your ship. Verse 7 in this passage jumps out of me, “Be not wise in thine own eyes…” God knows what He is doing. Sometimes the hardest part for me is the waiting for Him to move, but every time I try to go ahead of Him and move on my own I only muddy the waters. In fact, the storm often gets worse. Ask God to show you things through spiritual eyes and to give you spiritual ears to hear Him. When the waters rise this week, draw closer to your Father and trust Him. 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

Haman was just certain the king was going to honor him. When the king ask what should be done to a man the king wanted to honor, he gave a rather extensive list. Imagine his surprise when the king gave him an order to those same things to Mordecai. He was forced to honor for the king the very man he was plotting to kill. Look at God! He found favor on his servant and flipped that right around on his enemy. Oh brothers and sisters what He did for one He will do for you! Continue to press forward in faith. Our timing is not like the Lords. His way might not be what we would have envisioned, but it will always be for our best and His glory. 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

“Then the king said to Haman, Make haste, [and] take the apparel and the horse, as thou hast said, and do even so to Mordecai the Jew, that sitteth at the king’s gate: let nothing fail of all that thou hast spoken.” ~ Esther 6:10

I am so thankful that we serve a God that sees our heart. He doesn’t promote us according to our bank account or family. It’s not a college degree or years of experience that causes Him to move us into a place that He has called us to be. I was reading Discerning of Spirits by Ryan LeStrange and Oscar Guobadia when something I read just hit my spirit in reference to 1 Samuel 16:6-7, “The prophet Samuel almost poured David’s oil on his brothers because he discerned with the eyes and not the heart.” In verse 7 of that Scripture, the Lord said to Samuel, “Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him: for [the LORD seeth] not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the LORD looketh on the heart.” Wow. I had never had it opened up to me in that way, but the Prophet Samuel was sure the Lord’s anointed was before him. He was looking with his eyes. He would have indeed poured David’s oil into his brother, but God! God told him that one he thought had been anointed had been refused. He then gave him instruction as to why.

How many times have you looked at your own situation and thought I’m not good enough or I don’t know enough to step up into that? How many times have you questioned the Word God has given you because you just weren’t made for that or you don’t know how? Moses didn’t think he could lead the children if Israel out of Egypt either, but God. Stop looking in the mirror and start trusting the God who created you and ordered your steps. Start seeing yourself through His eyes. Give grace to those you encounter as well. They may not look like you envisioned for where they are in life, but God knows their heart and He knows where their journey will be used for the glory of His Kingdom. Pray before you enter into new relationships personal or business. Pray for God to reveal hearts and true intentions. Not everything or everyone that looks good or speaks eloquently have your best interest at heart. You don’t want to waste your oil on what looks good only to find it was on something or someone refused by God. Seek Him with all of your heart and He will guide you, His favor will rest on you, and your oil will never cease. 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

These verses are a reminder that God sees everything you do even when it goes unnoticed. He not only sees it, but He can bring it to their memory days, months, or even years later so that His favor shines in you, His child. Do not grow weary. Do what you are doing as unto God (Colossians 3:23) and He will take cafe of everything else. Trust Him and His timing. 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

“1 On that night could not the king sleep, and he commanded to bring the book of records of the chronicles; and they were read before the king. 2 And it was found written, that Mordecai had told of Bigthana and Teresh, two of the king’s chamberlains, the keepers of the door, who sought to lay hand on the king Ahasuerus. 3 And the king said, What honour and dignity hath been done to Mordecai for this? Then said the king’s servants that ministered unto him, There is nothing done for him.” ~ Esther 6:1-3

Ours sewer backed up into bathtub this afternoon. It was actually a pretty fitting end to the week I had, I almost have to laugh now. I sat here with a pounding head, that combined with the pain from my shoulder, is causing waves of nausea to course through me. In the midst of that I hear God say, I will never leave or forsake you. Poppa, I’m praying for strength and healing and I’m swollen like a blowfish. I’ve lost range of motion in my left arm and the pain is almost constant. I then hear Him say, I will not fail you. Trust Me even in this. I heard fortify in my spirit so I looked it up. To fortify is to strengthen (a place) with defensive works so as to protect it against attacks. I am giving you the strength you prayed for, the strength required for your destiny in me, the strength you need to battle the enemy. A “wow” moment as that sinks in and my vision clears.

When I pulled my Bible out, I found God tells us in both the Old and New Testament that He will not forsake us. In Deuteronomy 31:6 He says, “Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the LORD thy God, he [it is] that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.” He is with us every step on this path that we walk with Him. This verse also says He will not fail us! In Hebrews 13:5 we read, “[Let your] conversation [be] without covetousness; [and be] content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.” People may read this blog and think she has the worse luck. No my friends, I have a God that is strengthening me. He’s molding me and creating a testimony that will reach others for His Kingdom. Never discount your circumstance, God uses all thing for His glory when His kids are involved. God may not be answering my prayer in the way I envisioned, He May not be answering yours in the way you envisioned. But child of God, He will never leave or sake us. Queen Esther had been given such a huge thing to bring before the king. She risk her life to even go in before him uncalled, but God was working it all out. His favor was on her to that for which she was called to do. 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

“And it was so, when the king saw Esther the queen standing in the court, [that] she obtained favour in his sight: and the king held out to Esther the golden sceptre that [was] in his hand. So Esther drew near, and touched the top of the sceptre.” ~ Esther 5:2

I see so much sadness on my timeline and in the world today. Hearts are breaking and so many people feel desperately alone and unloved. The devil is a liar. I want you to know you are so loved. God gave His only son for YOU, He loved you that much. Your worth isn’t based on things of this world, it’s based on who you are in Christ. You my friend are so worthy of that love you pour into others. God wants to pour His love out over you. This is one of my favorite verses in the Bible! God placed Esther in the castle as queen so that she could save her people. I love her story. God has given each of us a special calling in life, something we are called specifically to do for His Kingdom. It excites me to know He has called me to do something for Him! What an honor. “For if thou altogether holdest thy peace at this time, [then] shall there enlargement and deliverance arise to the Jews from another place; but thou and thy father’s house shall be destroyed: and who knoweth whether thou art come to the kingdom for [such] a time as this?” ~ Esther 4:14

My heart needed these verses this morning. Daniel was thrown to the lion and what happen? God sent an angel to shut the mouth of the lion. That makes my heart leap with praise! Perhaps you feel like something in life has thrown you into a den of lions. Look to God whom your help comes from and trust in Him to send a fleet of angels on your behalf to shut the mouth of every lion roaring against you! 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

“20 And when he came to the den, he cried with a lamentable voice unto Daniel: [and] the king spake and said to Daniel, O Daniel, servant of the living God, is thy God, whom thou servest continually, able to deliver thee from the lions? 21 Then said Daniel unto the king, O king, live for ever. 22 My God hath sent his angel, and hath shut the lions’ mouths, that they have not hurt me: forasmuch as before him innocency was found in me; and also before thee, O king, have I done no hurt.” ~ Daniel 6:20-22

Overwhelmed and weary, tears streaming down my face. That pretty much sums up my day. I finally caved and went to the Dr. for the intense pain in my shoulder, that is now going down my arm. This leads to an x-ray that is only the means to the MRI and cutting through what the insurance requires to get there. The pain is wearing me out physically, but all I can see is the mountain growing before me until I erupt in tears. I just can’t take anymore Poppa, I cry out.

The day is drawing to a close and now I sit here almost in a daze. Poppa, this was a really hard day. I am physically and mentally spent. So many are drawing from my well, but not many are pouring back in. Then I read Jeremiah 31:25, “For I have satiated the weary soul, and I have replenished every sorrowful soul.” My heart just smiled as I heard my Father tell me to rest in Him. During those times when our soul is weary, He fills us up.

So many I know are suffering great loss right now, it is God that will replenish your sorrowful soul. Others are like I was today and they are just plain weary. Draw into Him and allow Him to surround you with His precious peace. Rest in Him and allow His presence to nourish your mind and soul. The King fasted for Daniel after he had him thrown in the lions den. God will move people in high places to intercede on your behalf. This king was sure Daniel’s God was going to show up and save him. How awesome is that? The king had his eye on Daniel before this whole event occurred. My heart is so heavy tonight for some special friends who are going through some heavy things. I feel like you think God has forgotten you, but He is catching every tear you cry (Psalm 56:8, “Thou tellest my wanderings: put thou my tears into thy bottle: are they not in thy book?”). There was this little place between my mom’s apartment and my neighbors that was overflowing with weeds, it even had toxic ones like poison ivy. My mom’s neighbor and their other neighbor helped her clear those weeds away and under them all was this beautiful Variegated Liriope plant. This plant had survived with the weeds pressing on it, with little sunlight making its ways through, and even poisonous plants weighing it down. All that was cleared away and now it’s flourishing. God gave it just what it needed to hang on even with all that mess weighing it down. You are being pressed right now, you are scared, and you can’t see the light. Friends, God is the light. I don’t have the answers, but He has it all in His hands. “Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.” ~ Joshua 1:9 It doesn’t matter what future holds as long as you are walking with Him into it. When the King commanded Daniel to be cast in with the lions he knew his God would deliver him. This verse says, “Thy God whom thou servest continually, he will deliver thee.” People take notice when the anointing of God is on you, they see when His favor rest over your life. They are watching to see how He brings you out of that situation anyone else would have drown in. They are watching to see if you collapse from the weight of it all. I walked the dogs this afternoon and noticed a thick line of clouds. Right in the middle was a small slit with a ray of light beaming through. I am a light in the darkness I heard in my spirit. I stood amazed at the light pouring through that little slit and thought on the words from my Father. I came in and chewed on that for the rest of the evening. We live in such a dark world. When I was lost I stumbled around in complete darkness, but when I excepted Jesus His light flooded my soul. It now illuminates my path. That same light now shines out from us as children of God. It serves as a beacon of hope that draws people out of the darkness. It sets us apart from those around us as the “sonrays” of our testimony cause a shine that cause others to want to know about that Jesus so that they too can be lifted from the darkness and set onto the path of His light. Don’t discount where you are or where you’ve been, God is using that very part of you where His light shines through to reach others. I just wanted to encourage someone to keep pressing and keep shining for Jesus tonight. You may be tired and I know you feel weary, but God is still the light leading you and He has not forgotten you. God is using You, yes, You. I love how the Lord works. I just poured my heart out to Him in prayer this morning and then He brings me to this morning’s nourishment verse. Wait daughter. “The Lord is good unto them that WAIT for him, to the soul that SEEKETH him.” Oh my friends, He ALWAYS answers us when we seek Him, even if that answer is to wait on Him. Something someone posted caused me to reflect on hope. We live in a world that is desperate for it. People are placing hope in elections and the people running for office. Others are placing hope in relationships. Still others are placing hope in a job and the income it will bring. There are little hopes that crash and bring little disappointments. While there are huge ones that seem to shatter our world when misguided hope never leads to where we had “hoped” for. People are desperately searching for some kind of hope to cling to in a world full of chaos and division. That hope is Jesus. I began to reflect inwardly for a few things I am waiting for and Psalm 62:5 just spoke to my heart, “My soul, wait thou only upon God; for my expectation is from him.” He is my hope! I wait knowing He is faithful to do that which He has promised. Where are you placing your hope tonight? It doesn’t matter who is in office, what your relationship status is, or what title you carry. Thank You Father that Your mercies are new every morning! He is ever so faithful. There are some weeks when the the pressing is greater than others, but our loving Father never leaves or forsakes us. In the end, that pressing is creating gem with a shine that draws others to Him. It not only magnifies our testimony for others to see, it strengthens our faith and relationship with with our Father. I was taking off my makeup and putting lotion on my face reflecting on the week I’d had when “Won’t Stop” by Elevation Worship began to play. At almost the end of the song a verse says, “and you know all things are possible with God.” That one verse stuck in my spirit until I went to my Bible where I found myself in Matthew 19:26, “But Jesus beheld [them], and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.” My heart smiled as I heard my Father say, I work through you daughter. The light switched on as I am again reminded God’s strength is made perfect through my weakness. (I had to laugh at myself because my Father has reminded me of this so many times over the last couple of weeks.) What seemed like an insurmountable mountain at the beginning of the week, I had nearly climbed by the end of it. Where I seemed surrounded by complete darkness, I’m reminded God was the light shining out from within me and I was never really alone. That one song lyric also reminded me that nothing is impossible with God. The devil likes to paint a bleak picture in our head, but he is the father of lies. God is awesome at doing what man thinks can’t be done. When the devil says can’t, say but God! As I read this morning’s verse, I was reminded of 1 John 4:1 where we are told not to believe every spirit, but to “try whether they are of God.” Our walk with God is so important in these times, taking time to spend with Him and listen for His voice is essential. The world is loud and the demands of life are crying to be met. The devil is using it to try to drown out the voice that can calm it all down. Adulting is just hard y’all! I took April out after work and just sat for the longest time, tears streaming down my face. Here I am hours later, fighting back tears. Poppa, I don’t want to write, I just want to pull the covers up over my head and cry until the tears run out or I fall asleep. I am physically, emotionally, and mentally drained. He said, your help comes from above. He then led me to Psalms 121 which most know starts with, “1 I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. 2 My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth.” I felt my spirit begin to be renewed as the Holy Spirit’s peace washed over me. There are a lot of false teachings today and the internet makes it easier for them to reach the masses. These people will be held accountable for what they preach or teach. It is so important to lean into God and study to show thyself approved rightly dividing the word of truth. (2 Timothy 2:15). El Yalad is The God Who Gave You Birth. God knew us before we were even formed. He is the source from which all life flows. He knew every poor choice each of us would ever make and He still made a way for us to me grafted in as joint heirs to His Kingdom. We are sons and daughters to El Yalad. Do you understand the magnitude and weight of that? It is life altering, it transforms your mind and life. You are a King’s kid. It’s time to start operating in that mindset. Jehovah-Palat is The Lord My Deliverer. Boy am I thankful for this name. So many times in my life has God been my Deliverer. I was recently reminded just how deceitful the heart of man can be and it hurt. Why Poppa? And it came down to him not having a heart for God. I sat and thought on this verse for a long time. So many evil hearts looking to deceive the kind. Give us discernment to see who is trying to take advantage of the the goodness in us, but Poppa search our hearts for anything that shouldn’t be there and root it out. Draw us closer to You today. El Shamayim is The God of Heaven. I sat in God’s presence and praised and worshiped His name as I reflected on El Shamayim. He surrounds us. All weekend I’ve smelled sickness and death, at one point this morning my heart was completely flooded and tears began to overflow down my cheeks. I read post after post of death and sickness and my spirit wept as the smell lingered. Then I read of name El Shamayim and I was reminded that the God of Heaven is in control and Jesus defeated death on the cross. He has a master plan that the devil can’t defeat and our lives are in His hands. If He allows someone to be taken there is a bigger picture we can’t see. It doesn’t make it any easier, but we can lean into Him for that comfort that surpasses all understanding. El Shamayim still sits high, surrounding us, watching over us, and greeting those we’ve lost too soon. We need to prepare the ones that are left because the devil is still raging, seeking whom he can devour. There is work left to do, souls left to save. Where do you place your trust and hope? I was thinking on the condition of our world this morning and the stability of it and it just made my heart sad. I am not sure about your state, but I have seen things for our children’s schools and their activities waiver so much over the last several weeks. The color coded system has been of little help while I watch parents question are we still one color, about to step up or down into another? Then there are shootings and riots. These are being reported, but these aren’t each side voicing protest. More division created. The only certain thing is uncertainty and the only stability is God! Verse 7 says, ‘Blessed is the man that trusteth in the Lord, and whose hope the Lord is.” In these turbulent times, God is the answer. He is where our trust and hope should be. 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

I had a migraine today that was off the charts. Crying would not help, yet I found the frozen eye mask shielding my eyes quickly being absorbed with tears. Rest in me daughter I heard my Father whisper. Rewind to the beginning of my day where I’d had a long talk with my Father. He had told me to spend the day resting in Him, in my weakness I’d find Him holding me up. He was right I was weary. He told me something else I want to share with you. The devil magnifies your past by bringing up your mistakes, you are a new creature in Christ and there is no condemnation in Him. You have been forgiven and the blood of Jesus sets you free. The devil leaves that part out because he fears where God is taking you and what you might do for His Kingdom. If you come out of this and bring you kids, bring your families, bring your friends …. if that light for God starts shining too bright and too many people start seeing the favor of God over you and your testimony … That’s Kingdom work. That is lives being saved from the grasp of hell so the devil has to fight you. But God. God says those tears you are crying are watering the ground for your breakthrough. Your testimony is not only going to pull others out of the pit of despair, but the pull them from the pit of hell. God’s strength is made perfect in our weakness! The ESV says, “and make the flesh his strength.” I found that very interesting. This morning in prayer the Lord told me clearly He was my strength and brought me back to in my weakness He is made strong. As I read this, I was thankful that I have God’s wisdom to know there is no strength in the flesh and just as important the heart of man is deceitful. We need the discernment of God to see things clearly. There are so many people and things trying to pull God’s people from Him in ways most don’t even realize. Yah is Self-Existence; “I Am.” God is I Am. I can remember my niece asking, “But who is God’s Father.” It is often hard for the human mind to grasp that God always has been. He is the great I Am that I Am. He is omnipotent (all-powerful), omniscient (all-knowing), and omnipresent (everywhere). Only I Am can be all of things. He knew us before we were formed and He had a plan for each of us. How awesome is it to know that Yah chose you and me to be His! Are you listening for His voice and walking in His ways? Glory be to God, hallelujah! Not one hair on their hair was singed, they could not even tell they had been in the fire. That is the power of our God! Are you going through the fires right now? You are not alone, read the testimony in the verses again and then give God praise for your situation. The devil thinks the flames are consuming you, but the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego has not forgotten you. Jesus is in the fire with you and your testimony is going to be amazing. Elohim Yare is God Most Awesome. What an awesome God we serve rings through my spirit as I read about this name. His strength and power sustains us on the roughest days. He works mightily on the behalf of His children in realms we can’t see and defends us against attacks we didn’t even know we had coming towards us. I LOVE this verse! Talk about belief and faith in God. Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego didn’t bow to what man was demanding of them. In verse 17 they “Is it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace…” Three men went into the furnace, but the Son of God met them there! That put a smile on my face and made my soul shout! Friends, I don’t know what you are going through today, but I do know you are not going through it alone! Jesus is walking right there beside of you. Draw into Him! You are being refined by the fires, be ready to come out as pure gold! I feel that in my spirit the morning. Give God glory for the process. Jehovah Shaphat is The Lord Our Judge. There will come a day when each of us stands before the Lord to be judged, both the saved and unsaved. The blood of Jesus covers our sins, but I want to stand before Him knowing I did everything He placed upon me to do. What He’s given me to carry may look different than what He’s given you. We need more of helping each other, even if it is in prayer, than casting stones of judgement. We are so close to the return of our Lord, are you ready? I was thinking on on the parable in Matthew 25:1-13 of the 5 virgins who used their oil wisely and the 5 used their oil unwisely. They were caught with no oil to meet the bridegroom. Verse 13 says, “Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh.” Today’s verse reminds us that day is near and not everyone will be ready. Basilei ton Aionon is King Eternal. In a world of people that come and go, we have a forever God. He is eternal. He’s not going no where. No matter what we do, how we mess up, or where we run… He is our eternal God with this supply of grace and mercy that covers a multitude of sins. When you are chosen, He will chase you down. Once He truly grabs hold of your heart, He’s got you and He won’t let you go. That’s the God we serve. Reflecting on Basilei ton Aionon just made my heart sing. El Yeshuati is The God of My Salvation. This evening’s name went perfectly with this morning’s Scripture Blog Habakkuk 3:18, “Yet I will rejoice in the LORD, I will joy in the God of my salvation.” I love when Our Father works it out like that. I sat and meditated on this name for awhile. I made it through a Monday with only a slight headache. The devil tried to get his foot in the door this evening by dropping something into my mind where it could fester as I thought of the unfairness of it all. I read this verse again. When El Yeshuati saved me, He took control of everything. Every. Single. Thing. There may be things that escape me, but nothing gets past God. He meets every single one if my needs with what I have. The human side of us likes to get all into our emotions, but Jehovah is our strength and He works ALL things out in our favor according to His plan and for His glory. I am so thankful that I am secure in where I’ll spend eternity, but it’s not enough to stop there. I want everyone I know to have that same assurance. Jehovah El Gelah Raz is Lord God The Revealer of Mysteries. I read about this name and I was so thankful for spiritual eyes to see. The Bible is filled with hidden nuggets and treasures for His children. He is pouring His spirit out over His children right now, giving visions and dreams. This wasn’t something He just did in the Old Testament for Daniel. He is the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow. Jehovah El Gelah Raz is still revealing mysteries today and it is important with the return of our Messiah so close. Pray as you read His Word for the Holy Spirit to open it up to you as it pertains to events today. Ask Him to make it real to your life! I noticed my sunflowers were closing in the other day. I thought to myself, “They need sunlight.” I had placed them in a room that didn’t get any direct sun. It caused me to reflect on myself. I need to bask in the light of my Father daily or I become just like my sunflowers, I find myself closing in as the weight of daily life tries to crush me. I don’t know what you are facing right now, but I do know God is your strong hold in the day of trouble and on those days when life just starts to be a little too much. Yahweh-Channun is God of Grace. Tonight I was reflecting on my life and some really bad decisions. The devil tried to flood mind with thoughts of self condemnation and images of complete unworthiness. But my Father, my loving Father, led me to tonight’s name. Yahweh-Channun, He is the God of Grace and the blood of Jesus already covered every single misstep I’d ever make. I am called, chosen, set apart and so worthy. The devil also fears the calling within me and that is the reason the warfare I face is so great. “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” Ephesians 6:12 Oh my precious brothers and sisters, I don’t know what your past looks like, but God’s grace wiped it clean and you are so worthy. I hear in my spirit not to settle. Go hard for God and be prepared for the warfare that comes with it. Don’t be fooled by the devil, your past is propelling you into your future. God is using that pain, those tears, even those bad decisions. He is using it all for your Kingdom assignment. You are worthy and you are loved and there are so many people that need to hear your story and how God’s grace brought you out of that dark place, that abusive relationship, that destructive situation. Your testimony will pull someone out of the flames of hell and lead them to the cross and light of Jesus. Don’t settle child of God. When I read this verse I think of the awesome sovereignty our Lord has. We have people arguing about whether “under God” should be in our Pledge of allegiance and “In God We Trust” on our money. The very mountains quake at Him. I am in awe of our Father who is omnipotent (all-powerful), omniscient (all-knowing), and omnipresent (all-present). The result of removing Him from things is the utter chaos and destruction we see before us today. Yet He knew this would all occur before we were ever born and gave us His son Jesus as a way of salvation, His son who demons tremble at the mention of His name! “The mountains quake at him, and the hills melt, and the earth is burned at his presence, yea, the world, and all that dwell therein.” ~ Nahum 1:5

I got off work, ate dinner, and crawled under the blankets. I was freezing, my head hurt, and I just didn’t feel like writing tonight. The later it got the louder I heard the Lord speaking to my heart. I’m tired Poppa. I’m weary. It was a really bad week. The tears began to trickle down my cheeks as my Father reminded me it was now that I needed to rest in Him. “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. (Matthew 11:28)” That was me! Perhaps it is you too. “29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. 30 For my yoke [is] easy, and my burden is light. (Matthew 11:29-30)” He wants to give you rest to tonight. Turn on some worship music and just rest in the presence of your Father. I am thankful for the Lord’s patience with His children. He has so much love and forgiveness that He gave His son for our sins, but we had to repent and come to Him. We are living in a wicked world controlled by the enemy and God will not acquit the wicked that follow after the things of the world instead of the things of Him. The devil blinds and convinces people as long as they are a good person their eternal safety is secure, but the Bible says in Matthew 7:13-14, “13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: 14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.” Let your light for God shine through the darkness today, it maybe the only chance they have to be lifted from the darkness. I was reading about recent events in the news and my spirit just grieved and I began to think about God. Can you imagine how grieved His heart is? We live in a time where sin is painted as a personal choice and Biblical morals are simply a book of fables that collect dust on shelves across America. We live in a society that places sin in a pretty little box with a bow around it and no one wants to talk about the secrets that lurk within it. I look around and see changes that aren’t moving people into the light of God, but pulling them into the devil’s shadow of darkness and, again, my spirit just grieved. Blinded daughter, they are blinded. They need the light of Jesus that shines through His children. We are to be that light and spread that light to everyone we meet. The Lord told me I’d be hated by many and to love them anyways. He also told me to keep on going. We don’t have time to focus on those who are determined not to believe, those with stopped ears, when so many are trembling in the darkness that need pulled up into the light. I’ve been chewing on this verse since last night. My heart breaks so easily. It’s just the heart God has given me and it so easily bleeds for others when they are hurting. God sees every tear I cry and He is protective over His children. That heart He’s given me even makes me sad for those who have caused pain to His children because I would not want to be on the side of God’s vengeance. My daily prayer is for Him to bless them that throw darts at me while protecting me from those darts. I have been forgiven for too much not to pray that someone else experience that awesome grace in their lives too! 💛 ~ #f8ithgal

Parakletos is Advocate. This name just made my heart my smile. We have an Advocate for us and His name is Jesus. He defends us in realms we didn’t even know we were being attacked in! He left the Holy Spirit with us who intercedes on our behalf in prayer before our Father when we can’t even utter the words. I meditated on this name and complete thankfulness just washed over me. We have an Advocate on our behalf y’all! Do you realize the magnitude of that?! The Bible says we are clay in the hands of our Father the Potter. The pottery process isn’t easy. You are formed, refined, put in the fire, glazed, and glaze fired a second time. Whew, that’s a lot! But ohhh when our Father finishes us in certain areas, our vessels are on point! The pottery process of our lives isn’t easy, but our Father knows exactly what He is doing to get us where He wants us to go! Elohim Ahavah is The God Who Loves. My Father really spoke to my heart as I read about this name. God loves us. Period. I see so much hate on tv, on my timeline, in the papers, it’s just everywhere I look. I see people unwilling to love each other if you don’t think the way they do or if you look differently from them. The devil is having a field day causing division among friends and even in families. He loves to breed hate, he lives to spread darkness. God is the exact opposite. He is light, He loves the sinner so much He gave His son so that we all could have life through Him! It’s our job to spread His light and we can’t do that by participating in the darkness. I refuse to hate or dislike you for any reason. I have many favorite verses, but these are high on my list. I have been hearing beauty for ashes in my spirit for awhile now. I love the next part of this verse just as much “the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit o heaviness…” As I read these verses this morning, I heard the Lord say I’m turning it around. That thing that was meant to take you under is planting you in Me. Child of God don’t give up now, you are so close. You have been watering the grounds with your tears and God sees your struggle. Your roots are growing. Keep praying and keep reading, you are tending to them roots. The devil can’t touch those roots. Your testimony on the other side is going to give God glory and leave others wanting some of that miracle grow that turned things around for you! Elohay Selichot is The God of Forgiveness. I was meditating on this name and thinking on my blog from this morning. The blood of Jesus provides a grace and mercy that makes it so easy for God’s ears to be opened to our cries. He is Elohay Selichot, the God of Forgiveness and Jesus made the ultimate sacrifice to open those lines of communication for us. The sinners prayer is the most precious prayer you can ever pray, it forgives and gives eternal life. It opens a direct line to our Father that cannot be severed. The devil seeks to condemn while our Father seeks to set free. There is nothing Elohay Selichot’s love and can’t set you free from, no place His grace can’t reach. 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

This verse reminded me of how close God is to His children when we call. It also made me think of the blood of Jesus and how easy it is to have that forgiveness if only people would call on His name. I read through my timeline last night and my heart just grieved. More than once I found myself saying it’s a heart issue, so many problems would be solved if this country would fall to it’s knees. Maqowr Chay Mayim is Fountain of Living Waters. In John 4:7-14, the woman from Samaria meets Jesus at the well and learns about the Fountain of Living Water. He tells her, “…Whosoever drinketh of this water shall thirst again: 14 But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.” Who would not want to drink from this water?! The Lord has been speaking to me about being drenched in His Spirit. He had told me I couldn’t just get my feet wet, I had to be all in. As I read about Maqowr Chay Mayim, I could see the Fountain of Living Waters just pouring out over me. Oh friends, be refreshed this evening in Maqowr Chay Mayim. Just take time with your Father to go all in. His presence will renew you and strengthen you for the week ahead. It doesn’t matter what you are facing, when your a King’s kid you don’t face it alone. Turn up the praise music and allow His Living Waters to wash over you. “7 There cometh a woman of Samaria to draw water: Jesus saith unto her, Give me to drink. 8 (For his disciples were gone away unto the city to buy meat.) 9 Then saith the woman of Samaria unto him, How is it that thou, being a Jew, askest drink of me, which am a woman of Samaria? for the Jews have no dealings with the Samaritans. 10 Jesus answered and said unto her, If thou knewest the gift of God, and who it is that saith to thee, Give me to drink; thou wouldest have asked of him, and he would have given thee living water. 11 The woman saith unto him, Sir, thou hast nothing to draw with, and the well is deep: from whence then hast thou that living water? 12 Art thou greater than our father Jacob, which gave us the well, and drank thereof himself, and his children, and his cattle? 13 Jesus answered and said unto her, Whosoever drinketh of this water shall thirst again: 14 But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.” ~ John 4:7-14

The Lord creates peace in the hearts of His people during times of trouble. He calms the waters for His children. He is a ever present help in times of trouble for those that seek Him. However, the waters for the wicked are being stirred for a reason. It is a season for repentance. His Word says there is no peace for the wicked. The troubled seas cannot rest until our nation turns from their wicked ways and falls to her knees. Our hope rest in the blood of Jesus and His forgiveness. He’s calling through the troubled waters. “19 I create the fruit of the lips; Peace, peace to [him that is] far off, and to [him that is] near, saith the LORD; and I will heal him. 20 But the wicked [are] like the troubled sea, when it cannot rest, whose waters cast up mire and dirt. 21 [There is] no peace, saith my God, to the wicked.” ~ Isaiah 57:19-21

I had a massive migraine today. As the day progressed, the pain magnified. I took my emergency migraine meds, put on my frozen eye mask and lay in silence. I remember thinking at one point I need to post a prayer request, but the pounding was so bad I just kept my eyes closed as waves of nausea ran through me. I knew if I didn’t get control of this one it would mean a trip to the ER or urgent care for a not so nice migraine cocktail, a shot that would knock me out and take the pain away. As I lay there, I felt the Lord telling me to rest in Him. So that is exactly what I did.

The emergency meds kicked in and the pain came down to a tolerable level. I looked through FB and saw many friends suffering with headaches today too. I was looking through my names of God study, but the Lord kept impressing on my heart healing. I had just posted Isaiah 53:5 as the Scripture verse earlier this week, but I felt Him nudging my spirit with that verse again. It tells us “with his stripes we are healed.” This evening He also reminded me of 1 Peter 2:24. It says, “by whose stripes ye were healed.” I began to meditate on that verse. It says “were” in the past tense. We are already healed, we just have to believe in faith for the manifestation of that healing to take place. Let that sink in. If God spoke it in His Word it is true.

My headaches are a direct result of the stress I take on by not leaving things at my Father’s feet. Ouch. Thankfully, I am a work in progress and my Father doesn’t give up on me! I’m not saying that is the cause of everyone’s headaches, I also have a terrible sinus infection and that increased the climate for a headache. What I do know is Jesus took on any and every single infirmity we could ever have and our healing comes from Him. He reminded me today that I am healed through the blood of Jesus. The Lord used these Scriptures as confirmation for me this morning, I love when He does that! His Word doesn’t go out of His mouth void. “10 For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: 11 So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper [in the thing] whereto I sent it.” ~ Isaiah 55:10-11

Elohim Qarob is God is Near. This name just spoke to my heart tonight. I was thinking about the promises of God over my life and the devil tried to to come in like a flood and create doubt. Instantly the Lord lifted up a standard against him as the Holy Spirit immediately brought Isaiah 59:19 to my mind, “So shall they fear the name of the LORD from the west, and his glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the LORD shall lift up a standard against him.” Elohim Qarob, God is Near, was right there and He said daughter have I not promised you these things? Have I not spoken them over them over you? Your timing is not my timing. Do not grow weary in the waiting season for you are growing strong in me, I am preparing you for what is to come. My favor rest over you. Do not doubt what I spoke, do not question how. Just trust Me, grow in Me. Faith and obedience, walk with me in faith and obedience.

Are you in a waiting season too? God hasn’t abandoned you. Your growth and promotion comes from your faith and obedience. He is Elohim Qarob, that means He is ALWAYS near! All you have to do is call on His name and He answers. The devil was attacking my mind, trying to attack my destiny. Instantly, God responded. He listens my friends. The Lords thoughts and ways are so much better than ours. One of the devils greatest weapons is keeping us too busy to renew our minds and stay in tune with the Spirit of God. We need that daily renewing. We need that closeness with God to hear His voice when we wander off track. I am so thankful for the renewing of our mind and the sweet Holy Spirit that brings our thoughts into captivity and aligns our thinking with Gods (2 Corinthians 10:3-5). El Gibbhor is Mighty God. I had a long day. There were points where I was overwhelmed to tears. I sat on my bed at the end of the night to write this blog and heard God say, I am still your Mighty God. You get overwhelmed because you do things through your strength and not through Mine. You are made strong in Me through your weakness. I feel like that is a word for someone else too. Your struggling and your looking for answers on how to do it all by yourself and God is trying to teach you to lean on Him through this season. He is El Gibbhor, our Mighty God. He has the answers you are so desperately looking for. Draw close to Him and allow Him to show up mightily on your behalf.

The magnitude of this verse is heart wrenching. Jesus was oppressed and afflicted for us. This verse says, “he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth.” He willingly allowed them to lead Him to the cross to be slaughtered so that me and you could have eternal life in Him. That picture just overwhelms me this morning. His blood set us free from sin and all of the worldly bondage that the devil tries so hard to tie us to. John 8:36 tells us, “If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.” Go forward today walking in that freedom. 💛 ~Chelle, #f8ithgal

“He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth.” ~ Isaiah 53:7

Jesus bore every grief, sorrow, and shame for us when He hung on the cross. I recently went through something and said, “I feel so stupid and completely worthless.” While I was sitting on my bed crying, God gave me a vision of Christ on the cross. Daughter, He did this for you. I can’t even imagine the pain and the shame as He hung there being mocked, completely innocent. He did that for me and for you!

“…He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities, He was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.” That isn’t some fictional reading, that is what Jesus did for us! Thank You Jesus! Whatever the enemy is trying to oppress you in today we cancel it out in the name of Jesus. Mental torment we claim peace; physical affliction, we claim healing; financial issues, we claim freedom. The enemy tried to destroy me last week, but I’m a daughter to the King. El-Moshaah is The God Who Saves. God knew every sin we would ever make before we were even born, yet He still gave His son to save us. How awesome is that? He reaches down and pulls us out of the darkest pit, the deepest despair and not only saves us but calls us His. We are so blessed to have El-Moshaah. Jesus was rejected by man. When we are betrayed by people we serve a Savior who gets it on a more real level than anyone else ever could. Men still reject Him today. Can you imagine how that grieves a Father’s heart who gave His sons life to bear our sins? It makes our betrayals seem so small in comparison. God told me several years ago my circle would be small. It’s so important that my trusted people within it have the same core beliefs in God and that we can support each other and the visions God has placed in our hearts. When God moves a person out of your circle it’s for a reason, trust Him. He sees in realms we don’t and knows hearts that haven’t been revealed. You are sitting in the company of Jesus. “He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not.” ~ Isaiah 53:3

Rum Rosh is The One Who Lifts My Head. This name. I just sat in my Father’s presence as the magnitude of this name washed over me and tears spilled from my eyes over my cheeks. 2 Corinthians 12:9-10 came to my mind, “9 And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. 10 Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ’s sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong.” I am overcome with emotion as I think of Rom Rosh lifting my head during those times when life gave me a blow that the enemy was sure I wouldn’t recover from. Our strength is made perfect in weakness.

My mom ask me why I thought God had allowed the events on Friday to occur. Referring to Job, she said the devil must go before the Lord and get permission before touching His children. God had already told me clearly why He had allowed things to occur as they did. Without any hesitation I knew the answer. God had already told me clearly, You have work to do for Me. These are stepping stones. I am using them to build your testimony for Kingdom Work. There is no condemnation in Me and what the enemy meant for death, I am springing forth life. No more tears. Friends, He is Rum Rosh, The One Who Lifts Our Heads. Our strength is truly made perfect in weakness, I’m a walking testimony to that. I don’t know what your going through, but your strength is in Jesus. It’s not in a person, a job, or anything else tied to this world. Rum Rosh will lift your head when you didn’t think you had one ounce of strength left. Press in to Jesus and allow Him to show up and show out on your behalf. Oh my heart how these verses spoke to me! I am so thankful that when the Lord gives me a word He confirms it. He often reconfirms because He knows His daughter is still growing and learning. He will tell me something and I will say was that you Lord, did I hear that right? He never loses patience. He is firm, but loving. “15 But I [am] the LORD thy God, that divided the sea, whose waves roared: The LORD of hosts [is] his name. 16 And I have put my words in thy mouth, and I have covered thee in the shadow of mine hand, that I may plant the heavens, and lay the foundations of the earth, and say unto Zion, Thou [art] my people.” ~ Isaiah 51:15-16

This morning’s prayer time was powerful as God just poured His Spirit out over me. I have been praying for a boldness to speak what the Lord gives me. He spoke so clearly this morning and impressed it on my heart to write what He’d given me. This evening I am still in awe at abuts presence.

Clear vision daughter, I’m giving you clear vision. Listen closely. The heart (of man) clouds, I provide clarity. Listen. I’m healing you daughter. This isn’t an instant process. Roots are being dug up. Years of pain are being unraveled. This requires daily drenching in my fountain of love, prayer, and Word. I am awakening Me within you for your destiny to come alive. You can’t just get your feet wet, drenched in my love and what I have for you. Drenched in ALL things ME. ME ME ME. I’m going to fill in the pages of those journals quickly with My words from the drenching in My Spirit!

I’m excited to see what my Father does in the days and months ahead as I draw closer to Him. I’m going to do just as my father said in the following weeks and drench myself in His Word, prayer, and His presence. I can’t get just get my toes wet, I’ve got to go all in! 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

Di Ou Ta Panta is My Everything. God wants to be our everything, not just the God we turn to when there is a crisis in our lives. We wants a personal relationship where we take everything to Him, we share everything with Him. The devils biggest tactic is to fill our lives with so much busyness that we lose contact with the very one who is sustaining us. Every single thing we have, every single thing we do comes from the provision of our father. Di Ou Ta Panta is my Everything. I couldn’t make it a day without Him. He sustains me, He guides me, He lifts my head when I’ve slipped and grabs my hand. I need His guidance just as much in my winning season as my dry season because that enemy is relentless. He has to come first. He reminded me of that this last week and anyone that doesn’t get that just has to be cleared out of the way. The person God has for me has to be completely sold out for God or our spirits are just going to collide. I was praying this morning and just talking to the Lord, we had a two way conversation. How many people knew God could speak to you? My spirit heard Him clearly this morning. Then I read this mornings verses and my heart grieved. People are so weary this very day searching for answers in these very places. Reaching out for counsel to everything and everyone and God is saying I’m here, if you quiet yourself and listen You will hear My voice. Don’t follow the world, you won’t find the answers written in the starts. You will find the answers from the one who created them. God is calling people to quiet their hearts and listen to Him. “13 Thou art wearied in the multitude of thy counsels. Let now the astrologers, the stargazers, the monthly prognosticators, stand up, and save thee from [these things] that shall come upon thee. 14 Behold, they shall be as stubble; the fire shall burn them; they shall not deliver themselves from the power of the flame: [there shall] not [be] a coal to warm at, [nor] fire to sit before it.” ~ Isaiah 47:13-14

Today I managed to get the sheets on my bed changed and that’s about it. I’m okay with this. Some days you have to let everything go, shut the world out, and just take care of YOU. Don’t fill guilty about taking time to pour back into yourself. You need to renew and replenish, You can’t help everyone else if you have allowed yourself to run out of fuel. 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

I smiled as I read these verses because God had told me He was preparing the way before me, making the crooked places straight. It just makes my heart smile when He gives me confirmation. He is so gracious, so merciful, and so forgiving. Tears just keep falling and He says daughter you are mine. Your heart is fashioned after mine. That’s not a burden, that’s a gift. It doesn’t feel like a gift with tears streaming down my face, but He has promised He’s gone before me and He’s making those crooked places straight. 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

“2 I will go before thee, and make the crooked places straight: I will break in pieces the gates of brass, and cut in sunder the bars of iron: 3 And I will give thee the treasures of darkness, and hidden riches of secret places, that thou mayest know that I, the LORD, which call [thee] by thy name, [am] the God of Israel.” ~ Isaiah 45:2-3

The Bible tells us to “.. Love our enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them that despitefully use you, and persecute you,” Matthew 5:44 This one was going to take some work. I have spent at least the lat 8 months focusing on my relationship with God and healing my mind from the emotional and mental abuse done by past relationships. I thought I had an unbreakable fortress built around my heart. Not long ago the enemy used a man from high school to reach out to me and chip away at that fortress. He was cunning and breached the walls with all the pictures he shared of his daughters and grand baby. Knowing I can’t have children, he says, “I will share my daughters with you.” It was manipulation at its finest. I felt the Holy Spirit’s nudging to be cautious, but the enemy is persistent. I proceed, but I am praying the whole time, “Poppa, if this is You allow us to grow closer. If it is not You, show me his true colors and end it quickly.” Be careful what you pray for, God honors the prayers of His children.

The Lord starts to open my eyes as the true nature of the beast is revealed. “For nothing is secret, that shall not be made manifest; neither any thing hid, that shall not be known and come abroad.” Luke 8:17 Our normal picture routine of exchanging pictures was broken when I began to receive request for inappropriate pictures and then received one from him. It wasn’t long after, that the Lord did just as I prayed. He cut the head off the snake and ended it quickly. I was crying uncontrollably, where is this coming from Lord? He had breached the walls, but they had not came tumbling down. My heart was a little sad, but had not been left bleeding in my hands. Yet the tears were as if someone had died. I sobbed as if in complete despair and he really wasn’t worth it and had not even gained enough access to my heart to deserve it. It wasn’t him, it was the place it took me back to. I was angry, hurt, and ashamed that I had allowed it to happen. I felt stupid for even giving him access. When he wanted to change our FB relationship status a part of me screamed NO! He changed his so another part of me was okay with just going along. It wasn’t okay if any part of me had reservations. That nudging I had felt had been the Holy Spirit the entire time. Hind sight is 20/20.

This morning God said why are thou cast down daughter? “Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted within me? hope in God: for I shall yet praise him, who is the health of my countenance, and my God.” ~ Psalm 43:5 You have work to do for Me. These are stepping stones, We are using them to build your testimony for Kingdom work. There is no condemnation in Me and what the enemy meant for death, I am springing forth life. No more tears. Beauty for ashes. You are moving past this today. Now that is a Word from the Lord worth shouting about. I wanted to share this with you so that you know first and foremost always listen to that nudge from the Holy Spirit. Second, life is a process and sometimes we fall short. It’s okay. God showed me Jesus on the cross this morning. He reminded me that Jesus bore all of our shame with our sins. This morning I’m thinking about the importance of God and His presence in our lives. I don’t know how people make it one day without His guidance. The devil seeks to destroy God’s children. He uses people and even things to take our peace away. God has to remain in that first position in our lives and in our heart. He is the first, the last, the One that always is. El Racham is The Compassionate God. I’ve had a really long week. This evening I found myself listening to praise music and crying until I fell asleep. There are somethings, some feelings too overwhelming for words, but the Holy Spirit knows. I woke still feeling completely emotionally drained but felt the Holy Spirit’s nudging to get up and press on with this study. I began to read about El Racham, The Compassionate God that we serve.

He not only catches those tears that we cry, He feels the pain, and understands the heartache of each one. In 100 Names of God Christopher D. Hudson writes, “He’s a God of care and kindness. He remembers. He’s empathetic and tender. He hurts when those He loves are hurting. But divine compassion doesn’t just stop with concern. God doesn’t just feel badly for those in trouble. He’s protective. He swings into action to defend His own.” Jesus took the form of man and suffered greatly on the cross for us. There is nothing that we go through that He doesn’t understand and He sent the Holy Spirit to comfort us. He also washes away our sins and becomes our defender. So much compassion! When I left Colorado I left behind most of my stuff. The Lord told me He was doing a new thing. So much as happen since that time. As I read this morning’s verse, my heart smiled. El Haggadol is The Great God. There is such power in this name. Our God is great and mighty. There is nothing too hard for Him. I have a really bad habit of laying my problems at His feet and then picking them up and worrying about them. How silly of me. Our God can carry them, while my migraines prove I cannot. I love that I don’t have to fear with God. The devil is constantly trying to plant seeds of fear, seeds of doubt and God is reminding me this morning that He is God. Fear not! Migdal Oz is Strong Tower. I thought this was a good name going into a new month and new week. 2020 has proved to be a difficult year for so many. This is an awesome reminder that God is Migdal Oz, our strong Tower. He is a shelter and respite from the fiery darts of the enemy. What a timely verse for me. I was thinking about everything I needed to do in the week ahead and was instantly overwhelmed. Then I read today’s verse. Lo Shanah is Unchanging. In Malachi 3:6, the Lord tells us He changes not. In a world where everything is constantly changing, I am thankful that we serve a God that never changes. He never waivers, there is 100 percent consistency. There are no updates needed or balls to drop because He never changes. You can’t outgrow Him because He is constantly teaching you. Life changes so fast it is often hard to keep up with the changes. People come and go. Some are only meant to be in your life for a season and many become lessons along this journey. God gives us stability in this ever changing world and that is the Word of God. You can stand firmly on it and trust it to never change. You can use it as a road map to life and it will guide you when you become lost. It contains promises that will never be broken. El Deah is The God of Knowledge. Life is hard. There are so many situations that come up that I just don’t have the answers for. It is okay because I serve a God who does! We don’t have to have it all figured it, we don’t have to know the answers to every single thing thrown our way because we serve a God who is all knowing. The Bible also has a wealth of instruction and knowledge hidden within it’s pages. The Holy Spirit will impart that wisdom and knowledge into us when we seek Him.

As I study this name tonight, I smile and say thank You Poppa! I struggled this week and He knew I needed this name at the end of it. El Deah sees what I can’t and He knows what I don’t. I’m thankful that I don’t have to have it all figured out because He goes before me. His ways are higher than mine and better than I could ever imagine. I need only to trust in Him, trust in His timing, and continue pressing into Him. My friends, what He will do for me He will do for you! He’s got us. I found myself meditating on this verse this morning. From John the Baptist preaching the baptism of repentance (Mark 1) to the future coming of of Lord. “Prepare ye the way of the Lord.” He will be coming back soon making it so important to tell everyone of His grace and mercy now. Entunchano is The God Who Intercedes. Another name that I am so thankful for. When I look back through my life I can see times that God clearly interceded on my behalf. I wonder how many times He interceded that I didn’t even know about; how many attacks from the enemy He held back; how many fleets of angels He released in my behalf? And now the Holy Spirit intercedes on our behalf when we have no words. When all I have are tears, He stands in the gap making an utterance for me and for you. Who knows where I’d be if I had been left to my own devices, but God! He interceded and turned my life around. I am so thankful for Entunchano, The God Who Intercedes. The thing about falling when you are a child of God, your Father always lifts you back up. As I was writing this, I heard the song Raise a Hallelujah in my spirit, “I raise a hallelujah, in the presence of my enemies.” Lord, let Your light just keep shining through me for all to see. 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

Yotzerenu is Potter. We are clay in our Potter’s hands as He molds and shapes us. It is not an easy process, but a process that brings us closer to Him when we yield to it. I’ve had a really difficult week. I feel kind of like a lump of clay being pressed and pulled. As I wrote this, I found myself asking Yotzerenu, what are you trying to form within me from it? It brings me back to the lyrics from Lord You Are The Potter, “Lord, You are the Potter and I am the clay. Mold me and make me, have Thine own way.” Whatever it is Lord, I’m clay in Your hands. Praise the Lord that as children of God we don’t have to be fearful. The storms can rage all around us and we are safe in our Father hands. I truly believe we are living in the end days and allowing His light to shine through us has never been more important. 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

Elohim Shama is The God Who Hears. Oh how precious this name is to my heart! There are times when you are going through things that no one understands, but God does. There are times that the devil tries to convince you that no one cares what your struggling with or no one wants to hear about it, he is a liar. We have Elohim Shama who hears. He hears things spoken against us and moves to protect us in ways we don’t even realize. We are so blessed to have a God that hears when we call on His name. The Word of God is full of prophecies that speak about the very days we are living in. Pray for eyes to see, ears to hear, and the Holy Spirit to guide you as things unfold across the world. Jehovah Ezrah is My Helper. I am so thankful that God is my helper. I look back at certain times in my life where I can clearly see His hand over me. Just this morning I said, “Poppa, I need for You to take the wheel here, my day hasn’t even started and it’s trying to go in the wrong direction.” Calm rushed in and I had the peace of God resting over me and His presence filled the atmosphere. There was a peace coming from deep within me that nothing could touch. I called for the Lord to help me early and He took control of the atmosphere! The devil tried more than once to move me as the day progressed, but God remained my help each time he tried. I am thankful that we can call on Jehovah Ezrah not just for the big things in life, but for every single thing! He never says you again? Instead, He lovingly meets us at the point of our need. What a comfort to know our help comes from the Lord. Even when we slip off the path, He loves us still. His Holy Spirit convicts, but it doesn’t condemn. No matter how far we slip away, our loving Father calls us back. His hand is extended down to someone today, all you have to do is take it and come back home. Logos is the Word. As I was reading about this name, I was reminded of how God used words to speak the world into existence. John 1:1 tells us His Word was in the beginning and it was God. We have that Living Word today to guide us. It holds the answers to anything we can ever encounter. He has provided us a roadmap to life. He’s also provided us with a map for what is going on in the world today. Some people in other countries still only have pages of this Word and they value it to be more precious than gold, while others here let dust accumulate it or allow it to adorn their shelves as a decoration. We are blessed with the Living Word out of which flows living water. Today’s name was such an awesome reminder of that. The laws of man may make something “legal”, but it doesn’t make it right before the eyes of God. When it comes to things like life it’s a heart issue and God’s Word defines clearly where we should side. We call it it a “choice” and ultimately God will be the final judge no matter what “choice” is made. Pray, pray, pray and allow God to guide you in the choices you make because each of us will be held accountable for the choices we make and what we play a part in allowing. As children of God we are called to be set apart, not to always go with the flow of what appeases the masses. 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

I still remember the extreme emotional lows when things started falling apart in Colorado. There were days I didn’t think I would make it. There were days I laid in the floor and just cried out to God that it was just too much for me to handle. “I can’t do it Poppa,” I cried more than once. They weren’t merely tears, I felt as if my heart was physically breaking and I had been completely destroyed. But God. He began a process of unraveling the damage done by years of emotional abuse that had robbed me of my confidence and left me a shell of whom I was so many years before.

It has been a bumpy road. A few curves that set me back, but here I am right where God wants me to be. My mom wanted to look at cars today. I don’t even want to get into what happen with mine and my exe’s in CO, but the result wasn’t at all fair to me. Today as we were preparing to go I heard the Lord say clearly He was giving back what the enemy has stolen. When we got there, we were looking at used cars. The salesman said, “Would you be opposed to buying a new one?” We walked out with a 2020 Ford Ecosport with only 9 miles and no down payment. It had more extras than the one I lost. Look at God! I had to share my testimony because God is so good. I wasted so many years and He said daughter, nothing is too hard for me to replace! I feel restoration is in my spirit and I am praising the Lord for the blessings of His latter rain. 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

“23 Be glad then, ye children of Zion, and rejoice in the LORD your God: for he hath given you the former rain moderately, and he will cause to come down for you the rain, the former rain, and the latter rain in the first [month]. 24 And the floors shall be full of wheat, and the fats shall overflow with wine and oil. 25 And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpiller, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you. 26 And ye shall eat in plenty, and be satisfied, and praise the name of the LORD your God, that hath dealt wondrously with you: and my people shall never be ashamed.” ~ Joel 2:23-26

The Spirit of God covers His children. There are so many places people seek counsel in these days when our guidance needs to come from Him. People are desperate for answers when His Word holds the key. 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

“Woe to the rebellious children, saith the Lord, that take counsel, but not of me; and that cover with a covering, but not of my spirit, that they may add sin to sin:” ~ Isaiah 30:1

On our way home this evening, the rays of the sun were spreading out from the clouds and seem to be washing over everything beneath them. Once home I went out and watched the sheer beauty of God’s handiwork and all I could see in it was His glory. Psalm 19:1 says, “The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork.” Yes Lord! It was as if the heavens had opened up declaring God’s glory and the sky was showing His handiwork right before my eyes. My heart smiled.

I began to read a little about God’s glory in Scripture. I was taken with 2 Corinthians 4:6, “For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.” The world is so dark right now, but God’s children now have His light shining through us. We have that heart revelation as to who Jesus is and we aren’t to keep that to ourselves, but to spread it to others. I go back to those who say to me you’ve changed. Yes, yes I have. I can’t go back to a place of darkness to appease others, I’m called into the light to bring others into the light. We weren’t meant to live defeated. I want people to see my growth and and know without a doubt it’s all due to the glory of God. I want them to know what He did for me, He will do for them. I want my light to glow like the sun and my testimony will declare to others you can’t fall too far for God’s grace and mercy to pull you back into the light. 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

My heart saddened a bit as I read this verse. It made me think of things going on in the world today. So many still haven’t called out to the Lord and He alone holds the answers. Others only call when the flames are hot and tend to forget about Him when the embers have burned out. There will be a day when it will be too late to call on His name. I sat just listening to worship music this evening. Some days, some weeks you just need to encourage yourself in the Lord to press in and press on. I was looking through encouraging Scriptures to do just that when the Lord led me to Zechariah 4:6, “Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of the Lord unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the Lord of hosts.” I had been struggling this week trying to do everything by my might. I was taking on problems that weren’t mine to carry. I was overwhelmed by things out of my control. I was allowing the enemy to use people to trouble my mind. The result was heartburn and severe stomach pain so bad my meals have been limited to small portions of bland food for an entire week. I wasn’t going to conquer any of the situations before me. I needed to relinquish control to the one who could, it’s by His Spirit the Goliaths before me would be conquered. “…Not by might, not by power, but by my spirit, sainthood the Lord of hosts.” I think I should put that on a post-it, maybe a couple of them as reminders it’s not by MY might but by HIS Spirit so that I can give God praise for what HE is doing every time the “me” tries to do something out of pure might! 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

It’s been a difficult week and I have to say I am thankful the weekend is close. I felt like I was fought every way I turned this week. Physically, emotionally, and mentally, I felt like I was running in E. As I went to write this 1 Peter 5:8-9 was never more clear to me, “8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: 9 Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world.” Each morning, I’ve struggled to get up in time to pray and read before I start my day. Every single night I’ve had to press in to pray and do my night reading and devotion. I was attacked on multiple levels and still hold my stomach as I type this BUT God. He has met every single need, given strength when I just didn’t think I had any, and caught tears when I pressed through.

My nieces came over today and my little niece brought my mom’s doll and placed it on my bed to sleep with my dogs toys all around to watch her. I looked over and April was watching her too. It just made my heart smile. This evening I looked at the mess and saw peace in the chaos. Like the lambs surrounding the doll, the Holy Spirit has surrounded me all week. The devil thought he could break me, but God uses those attacks to strengthen me. In the end, everything works out for my good and God’s glory (Romans 8:28, “And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.”). Did you know you could find peace in the chaos? When you are focused on God, He is the peace that grounds you. I have shared 90 Names of God. I thought I was finished and was praying about what to move on to. God had other plans and I really felt Him telling me to spend more time here. I have no idea how many more I will be studying and sharing, I’m just going to keep going until the Holy Spirit moves me to stop. I am still organizing the 90 Names I’ve posted and studying out new ones. I plan to resume posting this weekend or Monday. Names are so important. We see God give new names to people throughout the Bible at important phases in their life. Each of His names have deep, powerful meaning. My heart is heavy tonight because I feel the enemy is blinding some people and telling you you aren’t enough or will never be enough. He is a liar. Child of God, the Spirit of God lives in you and that alone makes you enough. He is deceiving many telling them they have gone too far to come home. Wayward son or daughter, His arms are open. He is telling others there sins are too great to be forgiven. Friend, Jesus gave His life for yours. The devil fears the greatness that the Lord has within you so he plants seeds of doubt in your head. It’s time to uproot those and start feeding your mind with the Word of God. What you feed into your spirit is what will take root and grow. You continue to nourish it daily by watering it with your prayers and the continued reading of God’s Word. You were made in your Father’s image, He had a plan for your life before you were even born, you ARE enough. You were fearfully and wonderfully made. I just wanted to remind you of that tonight. If for one second you think any different, tell the devil he is a liar and stand on the Word of God. You are His and if you don’t know Him as Lord if you’re life, His arms are always open. I had let a few things discourage me and our loving Father knows our heart better than anyone else ever could. I had taken it to Him in prayer, but my spirit was still down. Today I was going into prayer and I heard Him say why are you cast down My daughter? The King of Glory is fighting for you. Oh my heart!

I quickly went to Psalm 42:11, “Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted within me? hope thou in God: for I shall yet praise him, [who is] the health of my countenance, and my God.” And then on to Psalm 43:5, “Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted within me? hope in God: for I shall yet praise him, [who is] the health of my countenance, and my God.” I felt a praise begin to arise as I turned on over to Psalms 24:8-10, “8 Who [is] this King of glory? The LORD strong and mighty, the LORD mighty in battle. 9 Lift up your heads, O ye gates; even lift [them] up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in. 10 Who is this King of glory? The LORD of hosts, he [is] the King of glory. Selah.”

Oh why are we cast down when God is our countenance? Why are we disquieted within ourselves when the King of Glory is in control? Who is the King of glory?! Oh child of God The Lord strong and mighty, the Lord mighty in battle, the Lord of host… the Lord who fights for US is King of glory. That just encouraged and revived my spirit. The Lord has really been speaking to be through this chapter in Isaiah. He is our strength. I got really discouraged for a minute and I heard God tell me to look to Him. Focus on Him. The proud are going to fall and be left desolate but those who place their trust in Him will never need to worry. Do not be moved by people or things of this world. No words tonight Poppa. I have no words. My head was starting to pound just behind my right eye with waves of nausea. A feeling all familiar as a migraine was trying to come on and my vision was blurring. The devil, always quick to stop anything of God, whispers missing one night won’t hurt. I heard God say get up daughter and He immediately told me if you are failful in these few things I will bless you with greater things. I began to think on the talents in Matthew 25:14-30 and on Luke 16:10, “He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much: and he that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much.” There were several things the Lord told me to do at the beginning of the year. One of those was to post twice a day, a Scripture blog in the morning and a blog in the evening. So here we are. If I can’t be faithful in these little things, how can He take me to the next level? Those “little” things become a solid foundation of faith for the Lord to build on. What “little” things is He moving you to do? They could be the start of mountain moving transformation when you consistently to something He has commanded. I will post every night even if I can only muster a photo with a verse. The Lord reminded me this morning that the key to my peace was to focus on Him and not be moved by the people and things of this world. The devil is a master at using people to move you outside of that peaceful zone. Sometimes the answer is to simply not engage in everything you disagree with, but to fix your eyes Christ and keep on going. I was looking through the Scriptures and praying on what to write about tonight. I felt mentally and physically drained. I am so thankful it is Friday because more than once this week I found myself praying and asking for forgiveness and clarity on where God is taking me. I’m pretty sure it involves people and looking through my FB timeline, watching the news, and dealing with people in other areas I had decided I didn’t much like people. As I prayed and read, God began to speak to my heart. Maybe it’s not the people. Perhaps it’s their misguided actions and misplaced anger that I didn’t like. They need more Jesus, they need that light He is shining through me. The devil is the master puppeteer, pulling strings everywhere. God’s children need to spread His truth and start cutting those strings. Yes daughter, I have called you to love people as I have loved you. Spread my Word and then if they don’t receive it, shake the dust from your feet and keep going. I just needed to withdraw and seek refuge in Him for awhile so that He could bring all of that back into focus. That one on one time with our Father is essential my friends! The Lord commanded it and every little thing we see was created. The stars, the sun, the oceans, He created them all! I give Him such high praise this morning because it doesn’t matter what circumstance looks like the one who created the world is in control. With one command He can change what any situation looks like, He can change any report. That situation that is troubling you? It is but a small thing in His sight. I wanted to remind you of just how special you are. The devil attacks our mind and he likes to make us think we are worthless. He wants us to operate from a place of defeat. He is a liar. You are a King’s kid. You have greatness inside of you. Everything you set your hand to will prosper. I see so many people speaking death over their situations. By that, I mean speaking negatively. I will never get out of this situation, I will never find a job, I will never find a relationship, I will never… STOP that! If you are a child of God you should be speaking life over your situation. Lord, I thank You for that job, I thank You that relationship You are hand picking for me, I trust Your timing! I don’t know when it will happen but I trust You are in control and You are working it out in my favor! Speak life! Our Lord knows how many stars there are and calls them by name, that’s pretty amazing if you have ever looked up at the sky on a starry night! Oh child of God if He cares enough to name the stars, how much more does He care for you so intricately made in His image? The next verse says His understanding is infinite so why do we worry so over our problems? The one who has numbered the stars already has the answers! I have embarked on a 60 day journey with Ryan LeStrange’s book, “60 Days of Unusual Prepare Your Heart For Uncommon Breakthrough.” Yesterday was Day 38, “Unusual Favor” with Psalm 5:12 as the scripture verse for the chapter. I have read this verse so many times and never realized the magnitude of it until Apostle Ryan said, “Psalm 5:12 says favor surrounds us like a shield.” I reread the verse. Wow! That is some massive favor that surrounds us brothers and sisters. Why are you cast down, Oh my soul? (Psalm 43:5) quickly came to mind as I was typing this. God’s favor rest over you. You have unusual favor surrounding you, but you have to walk in it. Take off your garment of heaviness and put on your garment of praise. The favor of God is raining down on you. As I read through my timeline, I see so much hurt. We serve a God that heals the hearts that are so broken we feel they can never be mended and binds the gapping wounds that leave us emotionally bleeding out. Jehovah Tsemach is The Branch of The Lord. Christ is coming back and oh what a day that will be. He will magnificent and full of glory when He makes His return. He never gives up on us! All of the times I’ve fallen. He could have left me in my mess, but His mercy endureth forever. ‘Ab is Father. How precious is this name to me. I had tears running down my face as I read about this name and prayed this evening. My Father is drawing me closer to Him. I’m finding the deeper my relationship, the firmer my feet are planted on the path He has for me, the smaller my circle becomes. I’ve got too much Jesus for some circles, I’ve become too radical in my beliefs, or I’ve “just changed too much” for some people. Poppa, I have changed, as tears trickled down my cheeks. Why would anyone want to be stagnant their growth? Why would anyone not want the gifts You offer? Their ears are stopped and their vision clouded. They aren’t hungry for the things of the Spirit, this is why your circle is smaller. You’ve been called and you listen to My voice.

This makes me sad for those who don’t realize ‘Ab is our Father and He wants that real and personal relationship with each one of us. He wants us to be radical for Him, about Him. His Word has so many hidden treasures that He wants to reveal, gifts He wants to bestow, but we live in a world where ears are stopped and vision is clouded. That makes my heart sad because He wants so much more for us than we even want for ourselves. If your reading this, I’m praying for you and I’m praying you become just as passionate and radical for Christ as I am. I want you to experience that love of ‘Ab as full as I do. God causes the vapors to ascend, the lightenings to flash, and calls forth the wind. He does all of this child of God and yet we toil so over our problems that we already have cast at His feet. His timing is not like ours, but if we have placed it at His feet we can trust He is working it out on our behalf. We need to start praising Him as if that thing is done and believing Him ahead of time. Faith in action. There is power in praise and it shifts the atmosphere. What do you need to praise Him for today? What do you need to trust Him for today? He’s working in realms you can’t see. It may not be the way you envisioned, but is exactly what you need. Kadosh is The Holy One. Our God is the holy of holy, there is none other like Him. I am amazed that He made us in His likeness and loved us so much that He gave His son for our sins. He has called us to be set apart, not to blend in with the world. Forgive us Father and help us to do better. Grace and mercy isn’t a license to willfully do what grieves a Holy God. No, His children have to do better. There are things that might be legally right but Biblically wrong. We answer to a higher power. Holiness is still right. These verses touched my heart today. I have so many friends sowing in tears right now and I just want to say hold on. Your struggles are real right now, but those tears are watering the ground that contains your seed. Draw unto the Lord during this time and allow Him to strengthen you and nourish that soil those tears are pouring into. Your present situation may look bleak, those grounds may look desolate, but the devil is a liar. Verse 5 says “They that sow in tears shall reap in joy.” Hold on to that today and give God praise for the joy you are sure to reap! 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

“5 They that sow in tears shall reap in joy. 6 He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious seed, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves [with him].” ~ Psalms 126:5-6

This morning I had the lyrics “I shall not be I shall not be moved like a tree planted by the waters I shall not be moved” ringing through my spirit. As soon as I finished my blog this morning I read Jeremiah 17:7-8, “7 Blessed [is] the man that trusteth in the LORD, and whose hope the LORD is. 8 For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters, and [that] spreadeth out her roots by the river, and shall not see when heat cometh, but her leaf shall be green; and shall not be careful in the year of drought, neither shall cease from yielding fruit.” I just smiled and said thank You Poppa! It was confirmation to the Word He’d already given me. I’m still smiling and giving praise! When our roots are planted in Jesus we cannot be moved. The wind can blow and sway us all around, but God isn’t going to let us go. The more you pray and the more you read His Word, the deeper those roots go.

The devil likes to make us think we are all alone, completely uprooted. He is a liar. You will not be moved by the things of this world or the darts of the enemy when you are rooted in Christ and you are never alone. Don’t be moved by the shaking of the wind, cling to your Father and trust He’s working things out in your favor. Lift your voice in praise. You are a Kings kid. Your roots run deep, but be sure you are taking the time with your Father to nourish those roots. Prayer and time in His Word will flourish them roots and give you ammunition against the devil. As I read this voice my spirit began to sing, “I shall not be I shall not be moved, like a tree planted by the water I shall not be moved.” I don’t know what you are going through or what you are facing today, but I do know when your roots are planted in Jesus you too shall not be moved! I felt that so deep in my spirit even as I typed the words, trust in the Lord child of God and do not be moved by what you see. Esh Oklah is Consuming Fire. I stand in awe as I think on power behind this name and the patience our Father has with us. He could consume us so easily when His anger is kindled yet the blood of Jesus gives us grace in His sight. Too often we allow our busy lives to pull us away from Him and He still patiently awaits, using the Holy Spirit to nudge us. He could so easily consume us with fire. He is jealous and consuming because He loves us so much and too many times we don’t give Him the time and honor He deserves, yet He loves us still. Draw to the Lord and His Word during these times and allow it to preserve you. Seek Him for discernment and do not rely on what you see and hear on tv and social media lest you be deceived. There is a lot of evil in the world, a lot in our own country right now. Jehovah Shammah is The Lord is There. I was reflecting on this name this evening. He is of course everywhere, but He is there in Heaven watching over us. He is there when we need someone to listen. He is there for every need we could ever have. He is there, always there. Have you ever needed someone and felt completely alone, you weren’t He was there. The magnitude of that just hit me. Jehovah Moshiekh is The Lord your Savior. My heart bubbles over with thankfulness for this name. He didn’t have to send His son for our sins, but He did. Christ didn’t have to give His life on the cross but He did. He did that for me and for you. The very thought of Jehovah Moshiekh causes me to lift my voice in praise. Not only did He save me from my sins, I can’t count the times He has saved me from my own devices. Oh how many times has He saved me from the devil’s schemes too! Jehovah Magen is The Lord My Shield. As children of God, we have an invisible shield around us that people of the world can’t see. The devil is constantly seeking to steal, kill, and destroy that which is of God (John 10:10). Make no mistake about it, if your light for Jesus is shining for others to see he wants to extinguish it in any way he can. That is why renewing your mind and putting on the full armor of God daily is so essential (Romans 12:2; Ephesians 6:10-18). We can also know Jehovah Magen is our shield. I can’t even imagine how many attacks He has prevented from ever taking place on our behalf. I am thankful that God equips us with an armor to withstand the wiles of the devil (Ephesians 6:11) and provides Himself as a shield in our defense! 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

We live in a time when peaceful words are twisted into reasons for contention. People in powerful positions speak words of unity and they are manipulated beyond recognition. We live in a world of darkness. True peace comes from Jesus and the power of the Holy Spirit. Jehovah Kanna Shemo is The Lord Whose Name is Jealous. It seems there are never enough hours in the day and too often we end up putting things before our Father. Our jobs, our families, even our Facebook time. Jehovah Kanna Shemo tells us He is a jealous God. It is so important to put Him first. Those hours you are trying to stretch out and are becoming discouraged because you can’t do it all, He holds the key to balancing it all out. That burden that is weighing you down because it is too heavy, He is waiting for you to stop and give it to Him to carry. His shoulders were made to carry much more than ours. That problem you just can’t come up with a solution for, He already has the answer. Jehovah Kanna Shemo’s jealously comes out of a place of love. He should come first in our life. When I read today’s verse it made my heart sad. The world is full of wickedness and evil right now. So many have blind eyes and stopped up ears. Be the light in the darkness. Jehovah Ha-Melech is The Lord, The King. As we celebrate our freedom today, I am thankful for the King of Kings that has set the captives free! There are so many things going wrong in the world today, but Jehovah Ha-Melech is the Lord Our King. He is still on the throne, He is still in control, He is still calling His children into holiness, and the lost to salvation. He is calling, can you hear Him? 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

I usually post the daily Scripture based on where I have already past or up to on my reading this year through the Bible. However, today is the 4th of July, our Independence Day here in America. I was reflecting on freedom. My heart was grieved as I watched rioting destroy so many places across this great land under the cloak of freedom. The murder of the unborn has risen to alarming numbers, but yet the masses aren’t crying out for their lives. In so many places all I see is evil an destruction, groups of people being pitted against each other. Today’s verse struck me deep in my spirit as I thought on all of these things.

It is so important to draw close to God right now and allow the Holy Spirit to give you spiritual eyes to see and spiritual ears to hear. You must have a discernment that can only come from God. His light should be shining through us during this season. We should not be operating from a place of maliciousness. We should not be taking a stance of fear, but boldly be speaking out against the the things that are not of God. We should be speaking life and not death over our families, this country, and it’s leadership. We should be praying without ceasing. We should be refreshing ourselves in God’s Word daily!

We are servants of our most high God and it is time His children stood up and sent His Word forth and started declaring His light over this darkness. We are in the end times. The devil knows this and he is set on pulling everyone he can into hell with him. We are here for such a time as this to let the world know you don’t have to burn with him. There is a peace in the chaos. There is a calm in the storm. There is blood that will set you free and His name is Jesus. Rise up, brothers and sisters, rise up! 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

Jehovah Hashopet is The Lord, The Judge. I was meditating on this verse this evening. Many times in life we expend energy on battles that we don’t even need to fight. People like to talk and we feel compelled to defend our name, but Jehovah Hashopet is the ultimate judge and He sees what people don’t. He hears the conversations whispered in secret places and knows what is hidden. I believe He will bring to light what is hidden in the dark. His judgement is pure and right. This name of God also made me think of the judgement seat of Christ where the saved and unsaved will be judged. It made me want to cry out, “Are you ready?” 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

This verse hit me in my spirit! The New King James Translation says, “My eyes are awake through the night watches, That I may meditate on Your word.” The meditating on God’s Word is so important. During these times when I find myself meditating on His Word I often find God meets me there with His revelation into them. 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

Elohe Yakob is The God of Jacob. When I read this verse I think of how blessed we are to be grafted in as sons and daughters to God. He knows our ever need, He hears us when we are in trouble, He fights battles for us that we can’t even see! Elohe Yakob, the God of Jacob is our God too. Jesus paid a high price through His blood for us to be a part of that family. It doesn’t matter what you were born into here in earth, your Father is King. You have a lineage of royalty. Start seeing yourself through God’s eyes, start walking with the confidence of a child of God. Jehovah Hoshiah is O Lord, Save. I know, it seems like I say it with every name, but I am so thankful for this name! I look back at my life and I’ve caused some real messes. The Lord could have easily said, you caused this one you need to clean up but, God’s mercy and grace swept in every single time and set me back in track. The Holy Spirit ministered to my heart EACH time and He saved me from whatever I’d gotten myself into. That’s not to say there weren’t consequences of some kind, most of which were emotional and financial, but even in those He helps us through them. I had been having a troubling in my spirit concerning something and through this name He told me to let it go, He had me covered. I don’t have to concern myself or worry about what is being said against me behind my back because I have a God that watches out for me and He is Jehovah Elohim Tsaba, the Lord God of Hosts. I love this passage from Tony Evans, Praying Through The Names of God, “Armies bow before you. No weapon is stronger than you. No strategy can outwit you. No enemy can overrun you. I bless you, Jehovah Elohim Tsaba, as you command the armies to act on our behalf.” It doesn’t matter what or who you face today, if you are a child of God, He has you completely. When reading about this name I read how in Genesis 1:2, the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the water as He created the earth. That same spirit is alive today and has the same power it had in the Old Testament. God is the same yesterday, today, and forever. When Jesus died, He left us the Holy Spirit to comfort us. I felt this verse deep in my soul as I read it. I am feeling a shift deep in my spirit as God is drawing me closer to Him. Peleh Yo’etz is Wonderful Counselor. Jesus fulfilled this verse in Isaiah and became our Wonderful Counselor, Peleh Yo’etz. I read about this name in awe. Our Father always knows just what we need. My prayers lately have been very specific and in part asking for the Holy Spirit’s guidance and here I am reading about our Wonderful Counselor. Peleh Yo’etz is a guiding light in a dark world. He is peace in chaos. All you have to do is seek His counsel and He is so happy to give it. His guidance is not like that of the world and the results aren’t as they would expect, but oh the peace and joy you will find when you listen to His voice. Elohim Tsebaoth is God of Host. This has been a difficult year for so many, my family included. The last several months have been especially hard. With each blow, I keep saying how much more Lord? I heard Him this weekend saying I’m drawing You closer to Me to prepare you for things to come. I started to reflect on the things that have happen and how God has carried my family through, how He has carried me through.

I remember a time when the devil had almost convinced me life wasn’t worth going on, my ex even chimed in agreeing with him. But God. Elohim Tsebaoth had gone before me with an army of angels surrounding me, ministering to me, and speaking life over me. The devil didn’t win and neither did my ex, I got out of that highly toxic emotionally abusive relationship. I was reading “Praying Through The Names of God” by Tony Evans and he says, “Because of you and what you have already accomplished for me at Calvary, I don’t fight for victory—I fight from victory.” How awesome is that? Jehovah Elohim Ab is The Lord God of Your Forefathers. Yesterday on our car ride out of town we were watching the clouds. My niece ask us who created God. I said He has always been, He is the I Am, and has always been since the beginning of time. That is really something for a child to wrap their mind around.

This morning I was reflecting on this beautiful name of God, Jehovah Elohim Ab. I see so much division and conflict in the world it is definitely a sign of the end days, but as I read this name it makes me want to scream we all created by the same God doesn’t that make us one. Ahhh. But now we are separated by darkness and light. You can’t physically see that separation and not everyone that calls themselves good is good. El Nose is The God Who Forgives. So many times I’ve fallen and God has never once not extended His hand to pick me up. In tears today, I realized I am harder on myself than anyone else could possibly be on me. Our Father is so good, He always knows just what we need. I sat on the bed to study, still beating my self up over a difficult day. Once again my Loving Father speaks to me through these many names I’ve been studying. El Nose. He is the God who forgives and so often in life I can’t forgive myself for the mistakes I make or the imperfections in me.

Wow. I just sat in His presence. I am a child of God. If you are a born again believer, you are a child of God. We have been set free of self condemnation, fear, sin… oh my goodness, the list is endless. It is okay when I mess up, it’s okay if I’m not perfect because I’m still forgiven. I’m never going to be perfect. I’m learning and that’s okay. What are you beating yourself up over? Not bring the perfect parent, employee, sibling, child, or whatever?! It’s okay. I don’t have to have it all together at all times, I’m a work in progress. I don’t always have to have all the answers. I don’t even have to worry about having the right resources. Why? Jehovah Machsi is The Lord My Refuge. Oh the power in this name! I’ve said it so many times, life is hard! Yesterday was a “migraine” day for me. I struggled to just get through it. Today it seemed things were pouring in on me faster than I could keep up. By the evening, I was just weary. I didn’t even feeling writing this blog, but I pressed on and found Jehovah Machsi. My heart smiled, the Lord is our refuge and our safe place. When life has us filled with anxiety and worry, when fear comes knocking, we can retreat into the safety of our Father. He is our refuge when life is hard. He is our protection, the place where we can’t be touched by the troubles of the world. I was thinking about everything going on in our nation. It is as if the devil is a puppeteer pulling strings and people are blinding reacting. Looting and riots are a long way from peaceful protest, how did we go so far in the wrong direction? I saw two women arrested for standing up for the lives of the unborn, while looters take over other cities. We’ve watched a pandemic spread across the world. We hear of earthquakes, and locus swarms destroying like we have never seen before. How can they not see the time in which we live? How can they not know these are the end days the Bible speaks of? Poppa, help me understand.

He spoke to my heart so clearly. They are spiritually blind. Their ears are stopped up. Pray for them daughter, pray. “But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know [them], because they are spiritually discerned.” 1 Corinthians 2:14 It grieved my heart to think of so many spiritually blind. If it grieved my heart, can you imagine how much more it grieves our Father’s heart? I’ve seen things from from “Christian” people that I know grieved the Holy Spirit. They were absolutely convinced they were right. There was a time I too would have jumped right in, but now I stop and pray and ask for the Holy Spirit to remove any blinders, unstop my ears, give me discernment. I don’t want to fall prey to the devil’s tricks again.

We have to put on the full armor of God daily, because the devil is seeking to destroy God’s army. He’s not trying to destroy the mass of people already following after him. He’s seeking to destroy the light that threatens to smother is darkness. I don’t know where you stand on any issue, but I encourage you to seek God daily, renew your mind daily, and if you don’t have the gift of the Holy Spirit, pray for it. Pray for your fellow brother and sisters, our nation, and our world. When He closes doors, it’s for my good. He is all knowing and He always has my best interest in mind. Are you hurt over a relationship ending? Maybe a trusted friend left your circle and you just can’t grasp why. Perhaps a door closed to a venture you just knew was right. Look up child of God. Jehovah Elohim is Lord God. I am in awe of my God. It’s been a rough few months but one thing I can tell you through it all is God is faithful. I sat down to study the names of God this evening and Jehovah Elohim just really spoke to my heart. He is our Lord God, he created the heaven and earth. That same God knew me I was ever born. He knew every single poor decision I’d ever make and yet still He loved me enough to send His son to die for my sins. He loved me enough to call me daughter. Jehovah Gibbor Milchamah is The Lord Mighty in Battle. I looked at the calendar and sighed. It’s only Tuesday, really?! Poppa, I feel like the waters are overtaking me. There aren’t enough hours in the day, at least in a work day. I got off and began to read about the names of God. “Who is this King of glory…” I find an instant smile as I continued to read this familiar Scripture, “The Lord strong and mighty, the Lord mighty in battle.” Psalm 24:8 I wasn’t in a physical battle, I was in a mental battle. This mental battle was causing physical symptoms as I felt my head pounding. Tonight’s name for God was giving me a renewing of my mind, a reminder that Jehovah Gibbor Milchamah is our Lord Mighty in Battle. It doesn’t matter the kind of battle, He fights for us. It can be a real physical battle, it can be an emotional or mental battle, it can be a custody battle. He fights for His children. My battle was one of my mind, pushing myself harder than time allowed and then being upset with myself over my performance. God was saying give it to me. I was recalling a conversation last night where I was told I had “changed.” I was starting to hear too much from God. Essentially too much of my talk and time centered around God and I was a little on the crazy side to think someone in this day and time could actually communicate with God. That conversation haunted me for a long time. Now, it saddens me. How sad that he was missing out on such an intimate relationship with God. I find it heartbreaking that he didn’t believe the gift of the Holy Spirit was something he could have too and that he too could hear God’s voice if only he’d seek that personal relationship with him. He’s right, I had changed. I was growing in my relationship with God and well, he wasn’t growing at all.

God continues to shrink my circle. The last few days he has impressed upon me “Kingdom minded.” That just keeps coming to mind. He’s bringing people into my circle that are Kingdom minded. People that put Him first, people that will help me grow and propel me toward my destiny. He has confirmed it and reconfirmed it. (He almost had to put it in bright lights for this daughter of His.) Tonight He spoke something to my heart that I wanted to share with you single ladies. The man who wins my heart has to, of course, put God first. But He told me something else, Look to Me daughter. Get lost in Me. That’s where he will find you, in Me. How special is that y’all?! Ladies, we need to be so focused on our Father that anyone who tries to get to our heart has to go through Him to gain access to it. Now that’s something to think on. 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

Another great promise found nestled within God’s Word. When you meditate on His Word day and night you will flourish like a tree planted by the river. You are feeding your mind daily. You are cleansing and renewing it at the same time. 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

“1 Blessed [is] the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. 2 But his delight [is] in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night. 3 And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper. 4 The ungodly [are] not so: but [are] like the chaff which the wind driveth away.” ~ Psalms 1:1-4

As I read this Scripture, the thing that stood out the most was “but let them not turn again to folly.” Then I look at what is going in around us today. I read through my timeline and see such hate from every direction. Verse 9 says, “Surely his salvation [is] nigh them that fear him; that glory may dwell in our land.” I hear so many calling for prayers of peace, it needs to start with prayers of repentance. We have returned to folly. Looting and riots. God is not in destruction. Glory can’t dwell until forgiveness is given. Salvation is surely nigh to those that fear the Lord. That is where it needs to begin, the Holy Spirit is grieved by what He sees. The devil is blinding so many, we need to pray for those blinders to be removed and manipulation to stop. God’s children should be a beacon of light and hope during this time. His peace should radiate out from us. We are to be in the world but not of the world. Child of God, you should be able to find peace from this storm in Him even though your heart grieves at the injustice of the things going on because He is your refuge from it. However, the raging storm on the outside, it’s being fed by evil and there cannot be lasting peace in that. Your peace has to come from your Father, it’s going to be on the inside during and it’s going to be a peace the world can’t understand. Dark and light do not mix. Period. There is a lot of craziness going on right now. Read the Bible, it’s the end days playing out. Society is going to urge you to fit in, but you were born again to be set apart. You are to be a light in the darkness, not to conform to it. Stand firm on the Word of God. Don’t for one minute dim your light for their sin. Some will hate you just because of the light that shines from within you. It’s okay, those aren’t your people. Pray for them and allow that door to close, but you go on shining anyways. Jesus had huge crowds around Him, but a small trusted circle. Elohe Tsadeki is God of My Righteousness. Everything good, everything right flows through and from God. 2 Corinthians 5:21 tells us, “For he hath made him [to be] sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.” How blessed we are to be washed in the blood of Jesus. I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God, than to dwell in the tents of wickedness. 11 For the LORD God [is] a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good [thing] will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.” ~ Psalms 84:9-11

Jehovah Metsudhathi is The Lord My High Tower. Have you ever had a day where nothing goes right, I mean from the time you get up it’s just one thing after another going wrong? Today was that day for me. I stopped at one point and cried, “Poppa, I just can’t handle one more thing going wrong today!” Later I mumbled something passing by my mom and she prayed over me. Then this evening I read about Jehovah Metsudhathi and my heart just smiled. Praying Through The Names of God by Tony Evans says, “Jehovah Metsudhathi, I often feel squeezed by life’s demands and pressures, and I forget to put my trust in you. God, I’m sorry for being so shortsighted and letting my trials and fears overwhelm my thoughts to such a degree that I neglect to run to you, my high tower, with every need I have.” That was me today! I let my circumstance overwhelm me instead of taking refuge in Jehovah Metsudhathi my high tower! I called out to Him when I was overwhelmed but I didn’t really seek refuge in Him. I could have avoided the tension, the headache, the stress… all I had to do was give it to Him AND take refuge in Him. What can you give to Jehovah Metsudhathi this evening? God is your high tower. “3 My mouth shall speak of wisdom; and the meditation of my heart [shall be] of understanding. 4 I will incline mine ear to a parable: I will open my dark saying upon the harp. 5 Wherefore should I fear in the days of evil, [when] the iniquity of my heels shall compass me about?” ~ Psalms 49:3-5

“I feel like the waters are overtaking me Poppa,” I don’t know how many times I rattled that off today. By lunch I could feel my head starting to pound just behind my eye and nausea just starting to set in, a migraine trying to take form. I pressed on through my day, not at all satisfied with what I had left unaccomplished at the end of it. My list of things I want to do is always much larger than the hours of time in a day allows. I also tend to put a high amount of pressure on myself to be the best, do the best, maintain the best, take care of everyone, help everyone, I’m starting to see a pattern here. What people on the outside looking in do not see is the pressure I put on myself, but my Father sees. You know what else He sees? My heart. As I got off of work, a crazy storm was blowing in. It rained so hard it looked like a creek was running down our sidewalk. Our power went out and I sat in the dark listening to the rain. Reflecting on my day and what to write.

Twice today as I was completely overwhelmed and the “waters” were threatening to overtake me God threw out “lifelines” to remind me 1. People appreciate me and what I do and how I do it and 2. I’m not alone. Child of God, do you realize God is working in your behalf in realms you cannot see? I merely mentioned something to someone in passing and God placed me on their heart. She reached out at the perfect time today, barely even knows me, to check on me. That’s God. The devil likes to make you think you are overwhelmed, the waters are going to overtake you. He is a liar! “When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.” Isaiah 43:2 Those waters may get deep, but they will not overtake you. Sometimes when things are going completely crazy around me God tells me to just be still and know He is God. Perhaps someone else needs that reminder this morning. It doesn’t matter what things look like or what that report given says, He is still God. Period. 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

Elohim Bashamayim is God in Heaven. He rules over all. There is nothing too hard for Him. As His children, His favor rest over us. His light shines down on us. Lord, I want Your light to shine through me so bright that all who see me want that light, Your light in their lives. Help me to reflect Your light outwards to others in Jesus name. This is another good Scripture the Lord tends to bring to my mind when the waters of depression try to overtake me. There are times you have to praise God until those waters that are trying to flood your mind and invade your thoughts recede. May was an absolutely brutal month for my family and so many people I know. There was so much heartbreak. Sickness and death touched almost everyone I know. Just devastating life altering events touched my family and others. Yes, it was a brutal month. I sat down to write this and thought Poppa I’m tired. It was beyond tired, I was absolutely wore out and it’s only Monday! I began to reflect back on last month and the many urgent prayer request I’d sent to my trusted anointed prayer warriors. People who don’t know me were probably starting to question how so much could happen to one family. The devil was indeed attacking my family hard. I was emotionally spent, but then God brought to mind Matthew 11:28-29. It’s okay that I’m tired, my Father has me. I can find rest in Him. Are you tired too? It is so important to renew our minds daily and listen to the Holy Spirit’s guidance so that we are not led astray from the things going on in our world today. We need to allow God’s light to shine through us, it is the only way to combat darkness. 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

Melek Kabowd is King of Glory. Psalms 24 and the King of Glory is one the Lord brings to my mind a lot so this name for God is special to me. When things start to get too hard for me to handle, He seems to bring me back here and say, Who is the King of Glory? I am, is there nothing I cannot do?! Our country is in a complete state of unrest. People are calling for prayers of peace and we certainly need peace right now. The devil is using our country as a playground. We need to pray for revival to sweep across our nation. The devil is a liar. He takes a tiny portion of the truth and twist it until it is almost unrecognizable. He whispers in the ears of people caught off guard and stirs up violence, turning peaceful protest into vengeful riots. He knows the word of God better than most Christians and he knows how to manipulate circumstance. If you are not renewing your mind and equipped with the full armor of God it is easy to be deceived by what you see and hear. We need to pray for an outpouring of the Holy Spirit that is leading people to God. We need to pray for blinders to be removed and people to fall to their knees in repentance. Elohim Misgab is God My Defense. I am so thankful that God is my defense. I don’t have to worry about who’s against me because I know God is for me. Nothing can touch me that He does not allow and if He He allows it, it has a purpose that He will turn around for my good and His glory. Today was a hard day and I almost didn’t post this evening. Our Viking family (my hometown community where I grew up) lost a piece of its heart. I have cried so many tears, I think we all have. I went out this evening and watched a storm roll in. When I came back in, I mumbled no words Poppa; I have nothing. I sat on my bed looking at everyone’s post on FB. So much sorrow, tears rolling down my cheeks as I read my friends post. Then my loving Father reminded me He’s catching every single tear that falls. He sees our heartbreak not just now, but every single time it breaks. Not just the heartbreaks, but the disappointments, when we are wronged, He collects every single tear. I don’t know what you are going through, but God does. He sees your pain, He collects your tears, and He is working in unseen realms in your behalf. Hold on sweet child of God brighter days are coming. As I read today’s Scripture verse, I can’t help but look around at our world today with great sadness. We are living in the end days and so many people are completely blind to it. That makes my heart sad. As God’s children it’s our responsibility to spread Hs light to as many people who will receive it. 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

Elohim Yachal is The God of Hope. Oh how I cling to this name of God. Our family has really had some trials recently, yet in the middle of them all has been God’s peace. There have been so many tears, but God also provided moments of joy. Whatever happens today is okay because we know who holds tomorrow. I don’t know how people live without God. He is my peace in the storm. He calms the waters that try to overtake me. He provides moments of laughter even with tears running down my cheeks. I am so thankful for Jesus. He is truly our Wonderful Counsellor and our Prince of Peace. He is the wisdom that guides us through those storms that are so blinding we can’t see our path and the peace when the waters are raging around us. Jehovah Elohim Yeshua is Lord God of My Salvation. As I studied tonight’s name for God there was a portion of prayer that just spoke to my heart, “Jehovah Elohim Yeshua, you are the Lord God of my salvation. You reign from heaven and rule on earth. You rescue those in need and bind up the brokenhearted.” Tony Evans from Praying Through The Names Of God” The verse for this name could not have been more perfect as I just could not hold the tears back all day. “O lord God of my salvation, I have cried day and night before thee:” Psalm 88:1 This heart, Poppa! People seem to peg me as an easy target to take advantage of. I have my Father’s heart, but what they don’t realize is I also have His protection. More tears. Cleansing tears daughter. But will they ever just stop? Will I ever be able to just look back and tears just not flood my soul?

The damage cannot be easily repaired, no quick fixes. Our Father cleanses those deep wounds and heals the damage. It’s kind of like that when Jehovah Elohim Yeshua saves our soul. It is more than a superficial change on the outside, He gets deep down into the parts no one can see. The parts you have hidden and begins an inward healing that is reflected on the outside. He cleanses those deep wounds and tends to them so lovingly. I am so thankful for Jehovah Elohim Yeshua and the patience He has had with this daughter of His. Jesus was born of a virgin, God taking the form of man to save us from our sins. He suffered a horrific death, but then in 3 days death was defeated when He came up out of that grave. “Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.” ~ Isaiah 7:14

Elohei Mikkarov is God Who is Near. I love Jeremiah 23:23. God tells us He is Elohei Mikkarov, “Am I a God at hand, saith the LORD, and not a God afar off?” He is always right where we need Him, always on time. Even when we wonder away, all we have to do is call His name and He’s right there with arms open wide. We encounter so many hard things in life, I just don’t know how someone makes it without God. Chyahlooth is My Strength. There are not enough words to express how grateful I am for this name. Chyahlooth is my strength, He is your strength. When we are weak He is our strength. It doesn’t matter the mountain or the reason for the climb, He is our strength to climb it. Do you find your strength almost gone? Tap into the source that never ends. So often we are looking for a great “sign” or a big “Word” from the Lord when He is speaking to us in that still small voice. We have to quiet our spirit long enough to her Him speaking to us. It is so important to set aside time to just listen, to just sit in His presence and listen for that still small voice to commune with your soul. Jehovah Chereb is The Lord, The Sword. How awesome to serve a God that fights for us. He stands in the gap and defends us when we can’t defend ourselves. He fights for us in realms we can’t even see. Here we see Elijah cry out to God for the same widow’s son from yesterday. With complete faith it He “cried unto the Lord, and said, O Lord my God, I pray thee, let this child’s soul come into him again. And the Lord heard the voice of Elijah; and the soul of the child came into him again, and he revived.” Lord, forgive me for any unbelief and give me that kind of faith! In Jesus name Amen!! 💛 ~

“21 And he stretched himself upon the child three times, and cried unto the LORD, and said, O LORD my God, I pray thee, let this child’s soul come into him again. 22 And the LORD heard the voice of Elijah; and the soul of the child came into him again, and he revived.” ~ 1 Kings 17:21-22

Going back into my archives for tonight’s pic to refresh my own spirit. The devil isn’t original. No, he picks a familiar area of weakness and attacks in it and then moves to an other and repeats the cycle. I am retaining fluid right now so when I looked in the mirror today I just wanted to cry. On top of feeling completely miserable I look like I’m pregnant and all I’m carrying is water. I felt defeated. Another headache, I couldn’t focus to read for the name of God. Poppa I’m just a mess I cried as looked through old pictures for something to blog. I stopped on the one you see tonight. I read the words again. I am so much more than the swollen reflection I see staring back at me. I am a blessed daughter of the King. He sees me as so much more than I often see myself. The devil doesn’t want us to see who we are in Christ because of the impact we will have for God’s Kingdom. He wants us bound and discouraged so that we aren’t shining God’s light to others. Not to tonight devil, not tonight. There’s just more of me to shine right now and a greater testimony on the other side once this water comes off. It’s all in how you look at it, so when you look in the mirror look through it with God’s eyes and you will see a whole different person looking back at you. 💛 ~ Chelle, 💕#f8ithgal

The Lord is so faithful. In the verses before this one, the widow tells the man of God she was getting ready to dress the last she had to make for her and her son to eat and die (verse 11-12). There was no more. He tells her to make it for him and then themselves and the barrel will not waste and the cruise of oil will not fail until the Lord sends rain again (verse 13-14). Verse 16 shows that coming to pass. The widow was obedient to what God had instructed through His servant and He provided a way when it looked like there was no way!

As I read this story this morning, I kept hearing the word “obedience.” He is still that same God today that saved her widow and son so many years ago. Today we actually have a direct line of communication to Him through the blood of His Son Jesus Christ. I do not know your situation or what you are lacking, but I do know it is not too great for God to provide. Are you listening and acting with an obedient heart? I think that is key to someone crying out to Him today. Open up to your Father, He longs to hear from you today. 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

“And] the barrel of meal wasted not, neither did the cruse of oil fail, according to the word of the LORD, which he spake by Elijah.” ~ 1 Kings 17:16

The enemy is seeking to destroy the greatness that lies within you. You are going to come across people that clash with your spirit. There’s nothing wrong with you, they are clashing with the light within you. Pray for discernment and renew your mind daily. Don’t allow the enemy to to discourage you. Don’t allow anyone to dull your shine. Ephesians 6:12 “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

As I read this verse, what came to mind was every thing done in secret comes to light. Press on. Don’t worry about those that say things that are untrue, God sees it all. That secret thing, be it good or bad, will handled by God. 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

“13 Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this [is] the whole [duty] of man. 14 For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether [it be] good, or whether [it be] evil.” ~ Ecclesiastes 12: 13-14

Elohenu Olam is Everlasting God. It is often hard for our earthly minds to grasp a God that has no beginning and no end. I have deep rooted abandonment issues. I struggle with believing anyone comes into my life to stay, but there is one who will never leave. Psalm 48:14 says, “For this God [is] our God for ever and ever: he will be our guide [even] unto death.” Elohenu Olam wipes all of that fear of being abandoned away. He is our Everlasting God. He’s not going anywhere. I fall, He says get back up daughter. I can’t fall too far for His hand to reach. I try to run, He says come back home daughter. I can’t outrun Him. His love for me never fails it’s everlasting. His grace and mercy never run dry. That deserves a praise shout ! He is our God forever. No matter who leaves me, my God never will. I believe in you! God created you on purpose and for a purpose. You are a unique, one of a kind God original. He has a special plan for your life! He has called you to succeed and not fail, to prosper at something special. Do you not know what it is? Ask Him. He loves one on one communication with His children. Seek Him, the Holy Spirit will guide guide you. Look up child of God, you Father is King. Don’t let this world bring you down, you are anything but ordinary. I started to move on from this chapter, but this verse touched me so when I read it. Too often I bury myself in work and every day life and I never stop to enjoy it. Elohim Yakol is God The Most Able. I LOVE this name. I struggled all day. I could not keep up with anything. I should have been completely overwhelmed, but I just kept pressing. There was a time I would have been stressed to tears, but I simply wasn’t. The evening came and the devil thought he had dealt another blow, but God said eyes straight forward and do not be moved. Is He able friends? YES HE IS! Elohim Yakol says He is MOST able. I don’t know what you are going through, I have no idea what the odds are against you, and I may not have a clue what you are facing; but, what I do know is Elohim Yakol is God The Most Able! I truly believe it takes the discernment of the Lord at times to recognize the seasons mentioned in Ecclesiastes 3:1-8. Our humanly feelings make it so easy to carry one to the next and hard to just let go and enter another. But God. Elohim Shophtim Ba-arets is The God Who Judges In The Earth. Anyone who reads the Word of God knows we are living in the end times. Praise the Lord for the grace and mercy He showers over His children. I would not want to face the judgement seat of Christ not having known Him as my personal Savior. To have that peace is reassuring, but having that one on one relationship with Him is life changing. I was always a sassy little thing growing up so the Lord really has to help His daughter as to when to just be silent. But then He also has to help me with when to speak because too often I remain silent in certain situations where I need to speak up. El Simchath Gili is God My Exceeding Joy. Oh how thankful I am for this name for God. This is the 43rd name in this blog series. I had a really bad headache and took a couple of days of rest, but God still provided me with something to post during that time and allowed it to work out that way for a reason. Someone somewhere needed what He laid on my heart to post. The devil tried to steal my joy during those days, but El Simchath Gili is my exceeding joy and I praised Him through it. This name makes my heart sing and my soul lift praises to our most high God. The joy of the Lord is my strength and I will press on, won’t you press on with me?! 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

The Lord sure works with His daughter on this one! We have seasonal people in our lives and I try to hold on to them past their seasons. We also have people in our lives that the devil uses to harm us that the Lord never intended to be there or people the Lord simply told us to let go. The Lord sees and knows things we don’t. If the Holy Spirit is prompting distance or closing doors there is a reason we can’t see yet. The same thing goes for that promotion, that job, that property that is just out of reach. God sees all of those details we don’t and there is a reason for the delay. While we are fretting and worrying, He’s working it out in our favor. That job you lost, that relationship that ended… thank God for the season that just ended and praise Him for the one He’s about to open in Your favor. Renew your thinking, daily! The migraines have gotten better, but this week I had a stabbing pain behind my eye that was relentless. Today it led to a migraine that made me sick and put me in bed with emergency migraine meds and a frozen eye mask. I laid in bed in complete darkness. The pain so bad I couldn’t even focus my thoughts to pray. Holy Spirit, intercede for me. That’s the only thought I could muster. It seemed liked I laid there for hours with the pain pounding, yet only an hour later it had dulled enough for me to get up. I removed the eye mask and light came flooding in. The Lord used it to speak to my heart.

There is so much darkness in this world. The devil wants to keep God’s children bound in depression, sickness, debt, absolutely anything that takes their eyes off of God. In the darkness you lose hope. In the darkness you lose direction. In the darkness the devil steals your vision. God is light, in Him there is no darkness. I heard the Lord clearly tell me that today. The devil has blinded some people and stolen their hope. He is a liar and it’s time to put him in his place and take it back. It’s time to walk in the light as Christ is in the light. But how do I do that? It’s in the blood of Christ. Plead it over yourself, over your family and speak life. Speak life over yourself, speak life over your situation, speak life. It’s time to come out of the darkness and into the light. 💛 ~ Chelle #f8ithgal

Sometimes it’s so tempting to quit. You’re facing a mountain so huge you think you can never climb it… you don’t even realize your half way up it. Your in a storm with blinding rains… you think you are drowning, but God is preparing you for a harvest. You feel like you are barely moving forward, but friend if you are moving at all you are winning because you haven’t given up. It’s not how fast you reach your destination, it’s the journey there that grows you. As I read today’s Scripture, I’m reminded of another that says joy comes in the morning (Psalm 30:5). There are going to be times to weep and mourn, it is impossible to get through life without them. But when you are a child of God, you have a Father to carry you through them and on the other side of those times are laughter and praise for the one who brought you through. Are you in the middle of a weeping time? Draw your strength from God and trust He’s bringing you through! Elohim Ozer Li is God My Helper. Hallelujah! I am so thankful for this name. I don’t know about you, but I need God as my helper. There are many days that I say, Lord I can’t do it without You! Life can be hard, but we have a God that never expects us to carry everything alone. We have a Father that loves for us to cast our cares on Him. He longs for that one on one communication with us. The Lord is our ultimate healer. He cleanses and heals those hidden hurts and emotional wounds that you don’t let any one else see. Those ones you often try to hide from yourself. Sometimes He has to bring us to a painful place, not in an attempt to hurt us, but to cleanse those wounds out so that true healing can take place. Don’t fight that process, pray and open your heart to God because He also provides comfort through it. That cleansing process is necessary before the rebuilding can take place. 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

Jehovah El Emeth is Lord God of Truth. One of my daily prayers is for the Lord to continue to strengthen my gift of discernment. We live in a deceptive world, but we serve a God of truth. His Word is truth and knowledge in which we live by. I am thankful for God’s discernment. When your spirit quickens you that something is wrong, listen. So much pain could have been saved had I listened when the Lord showed me the truth about certain people. I wanted so much to see the good, so much that I almost allowed them to destroy me. But God. The “blinders” came off and though my heart felt like it was breaking into a million pieces I saw the monsters before me. I am so thankful for Jehovah El Emeth, the Lord God of truth. I have been redeemed and set free. I am thankful for clear vision and discernment. I am thankful to stand on the Word of God and the truth it contains. Jehovah Mephalti is The Lord My Deliverer! Oh how thankful I am for this name. I don’t have to be perfect in a world of people that loves to point out imperfections. I am made whole through Christ. I’m a work in progress so it’s okay when I make mistakes. People around me may have “arrived” but I’m still learning. Learning is growing and I don’t ever want to reach a place where I’m stagnant in my growth so I’m okay with knowing I have a lot to learn. Jehovah Mephalti is my deliverer, He is my fortress, my rock. When those horses get too high around me and the punches in life are too great coming in at me, I can retreat to My Father who is my stronghold. He will always deliver me from my distress. Jehovah Immeka is The Lord Is With You. This is another one of my favorite names. I don’t know what Monday’s are like for you, but they are pretty busy for me. Aside from being busy, I was going into the week wore out. I found myself trying to social distance myself from my emotions and it wasn’t working very well. What I was able to do was talk to my Father. I was able to draw my strength from Him. I was able to say I’m going to put this thing I can’t fix right here at Your feet. I’m going to trust You to work out the details on those things I can’t see. I’m just going to trust you and rest in Your presence. On those days you feel drained (especially when it’s a Monday that feels like it should at least be a Wednesday) it’s comforting to know Jehovah Immeka, our Lord is with us. Sar Shalom is Prince of Peace. I did a lot of thinking this weekend, there was so much weighing on my mind. Even as I write this I can feel the tears starting to form. I don’t like those tears Poppa! I already know, they are cleansing and good for your soul. I sat and took in everything from the weekend. Everything from the last week. Everything from the last several months. Life is hard, but that’s why we have a Savior that says, “28 Come unto me, all [ye] that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. 30 For my yoke [is] easy, and my burden is light.” Matthew 11:28-30. Smiling through the tears and praising Jesus for the peace that floods me soul. Yes life can get pretty hard sometimes, but we have our Sar Shalom during those hard times. This Psalms says to “call upon me in the day of trouble: I will deliver thee…” I was thinking on that this morning. So often when we are in trouble we look to outside resources for help when God is the key to lifting us out. We either look for answers from people or receive unsolicited advice from those who have never been in the situation (or worse those who have failed the same “test” repeatedly in the their own lives) when Our Father already knows what we need to do. So many times we need to call on our Father during those life storms of trouble and not move in haste. Wait on the Lord and trust Him to deliver us. Praise Him in the waiting season and give Him the glory when He brings you through the storm. 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal
